It took a big leap of faith for me to send my photos half way across the country and trust complete strangers to take care of them, but I'm so glad I did. I had over 350 photos archived on DVD and shipped back to me in a photo preservation box. The disks worked great and the scans were excellent. My orignals are now neatly filed in acid free envelopes where they are better protected than in the photo albums I had them in originally. I'll be getting an even bigger order together this weekend. I appreciated the reassuring emails from the company letting me know that my pictures had arrived safely, when the scanning was complete, and when they were shipped back to me. I'm looking forward to doing business with DigMyPics again.

I was amazed at how many rich and wonderful memories were locked in slides that have been out of sight for years! And what a wonderful job Digmypics did to recover those memories. We have three children, and I have often thought about how to divide up our family's history captured in those slides. Now I know. DVDs for everyone! Now, I'm going to send in the 4 X 6 photos and let Digmypics do their magic! Many thanks!

We faced a dilemma many elderly folk confront - what to do with a collection of several thousand slides going back to the early 1950's. We boiled them down to about 1000 slides covering all aspects of life with our five sons, here and overseas, over a 40-year period. What then? Doing our own scanning was out of the question. Local companies offered low-resolution scanning with no provision for cleaning, orientation and so on. DigMyPics sounded great so we took a chance, bundled the collection up and sent it to Mesa, Arizona via UPS. Within quite a short time, the finished DVD's, CD's and thumbnails were on their way back to us via Fedex. At no time, going or returning, did we have to worry about losing the slides because of the excellent tracking facilities. So what did we think? Well initially, we were a bit disappointed - probably because our expectations were too high, especially in regard to the older slides which had deteriorated somewhat over time. But the people at DigMyPics couldn't have been more helpful - they noted our concerns and met them in every way. They kept in constant email touch with us and went out of their way to make sure they did a great job. Our sons and their wives and children have been absolutely rapt with the results and they know they have them for all time. We have been able to recommend DigMyPics to friends in New Zealand and, ironically, back in the USA and we will certainly be asking Dig MyPics to digitally scan our earlier photos when we get these sorted out. As for the costs - well,the memories these slides evoke are priceless - but I considered the prices charged to be most reasonable - and even allowing for freight costs the overall results represent great value for money.

I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of our picutres and music and making such a remarkable memorable dvd for us. Our 22 yr. old son graduated college and we had a dvd made from baby pics to day of graduation. What a wonderful professional job you did. Julie was so helpful as was everyone I spoke to from the minute I walked through your door. Our son loved the dvd and I'm sure you'll be getting a lot of orders from friends and family who have seen the dvd. And yes, we all cried. We could not have been happier with the final product. My mother passed away recently. Before she passed we gathered up many of our old family photographs and sent them to you to scan and to create a DVD. You took special care of our family photos and you rushed the job so that we could show the DVD at my mother's service. There were many tears, laughs and hugs as family members watched the DVD with photos of my mother through the years. You all did a quality job and were able to rush it as well.
