I am extremely satisfied with all the slides you did for me (all 4,300 of them), which ranged in age from 1968 to 1998 - they all look FANTASTIC! I just looked at the CD of my scanned slides and I just want to say thank you for the great job by who ever did my order. I never thought they would come back looking just like the slide.I tried to have this done locally and the results were terrible. Thank you so much. My next order will be arriving soon.

It was wonderful to get ongoing information such as "We received your slides," and "Your pictures are on there way home." It is scary to send off slides hoping they don't get losted and it was reassuring to get progress updates along the way. My instructions were followed and confirmed with a phone call. It was a good experience. %-exceeded my expectations on service. In terms of quality, I expected better. Some photos were dark, grainy, and one has a thumb print on it.

My family and I were very excited to be able to see our old slides of vacations, birthdays, and other memorable events from the early 1960's come to life again on your web site. The quality of the pictures was excellent and you produced my DVD's exactly the way I requested. I appreciated the frequent communications and the time spent making sure the pictures were scanned to the DVD and labeled in exactly the order I wanted. It is great to be able to share the photos so easily with relatives in other parts of the country. I hope to be able to organize and send in more old slides as soon as I have the time to do so. Just recently I worked along with Liz at Dig My Pics. She was such an unbelievable help to me with putting pictures together for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. Liz, you are wonderful! For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what to get my father for his 70th birthday. He has everything and I didn't want to get him yet another Home Depot gift card. A friend gave me the idea to put together a DVD set to music of his life. For the next week I feverishly worked to get pictures together from birth until now, knowing I was limited on time because we were flying out to see him in 5 weeks. I researched Digmypics and another company and decided on this one as it had more options that appealed to me. I fed-exed my 157 pictures, music and instructions on 9/18 worried that it would not give Digmypics enough time to complete the project...but by 9/29 I had the completed DVD and all my pictures back in my hands. They finished in less than 2 weeks and when my husband and I watched the DVD, we were amazed at how well it came out. Even though I chose all the pictures myself, I was in tears as I saw my father's 70 years come to life and the music fit perfectly. My father's party is still 2 weeks away and I'm sure this will have everyone in tears. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My pictures were returned in great condition, and the service staff worked with me on the pricing. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use Digmypics again without question.
