My first experience with DigMyPics was about 5 years ago when I found some old slides that I had no way to view or print. I Googled "slides to CD" and up came DigMyPics. At DigMyPics they take a VERY PERSONAL interest in providing the results you want. It's like working with a friend or a local photo shop. Every order is reviewed promptly upon receipt. A personal email is dispatched recapping what will be done and providing suggestions on how to get the best results. The suggestions are professional and intuitive - they seem to know what you need. When I recently found 200 additional slides. I went right back to DigMyPics and the service was wonderful - of course. I can't wait to get my prints and start journaling these memories for my grandchildren. Ginger Hill

Gave my husband's family THE most incredible Christmas present by putting together a movie of old slides and pictures that spanned 50 years. With the music and the sheer number of photos (around 500) it was incredible! Most of the pictures had not ever been seen since they sat in trays of slides for decades! Watching it as a family on Christmas night was a gift they will never forget! Not a dry eye in the room and they are forever grateful to have these memories forever. Digmypics was the best. I couldn't believe the quality of some of the old photos in the slideshow. Will continue to use you guys for big projects as well as small! Thank you.

Maybe the very best thing about this experience wasn't the end-result (perfectly good but which other companies might also deliver), but the presence of ever-helpful human beings at every step of the way. When I called, a person answered. When I had a question, someone could always be found with the knowledge to reply. When I wanted to modify the color correction on some slides, someone took the time to review the job with me and fix them. My experience doing business on the net has often been horrific because of the low standards of customer support provided by these companies. Here was a happy exception. Not just adequate, but a pleasure to do work with. Thanks to you all.

I sent 68 photos to you to be scanned. Some of them are well over 100 years old. I shipped them on Monday and had them back eight days later. The work was excellent and the photographs returned in excellent condition. Thank you for your help. By the way, I suggest that you tell prospective customers that you will not be able to scan tin types.

When I found your website, I stopped shopping. I am amazed at the clarity and color and detail in all of these 1550 color slides dated from 1956. Most were 35mm, but many were something else. Apparently you cropped the "something elses" to appear as 35mm on the screen. These things NEVER appeared as professional with the old slide projector and grainy screen. Your product lived up to your website. We are impressed. Thank you.

We received our completed project in the mail yesterday - digitizing some 20+ years' worth of 35mm slides. We are so impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work that this company put into completing this project for us. From the day I began communicating with DigMyPics, all the many questions that I had were answered almost immediately and from the day that our slides were received by them, we received frequent status updates, so we always knew exactly "where we stood". How exciting and comforting to have all of these treasured pictures preserved in such an orderly and safe manner. And the Thumbnail Album is just beautiful and will be a great help in cross-referencing with the CDs. It will be such fun to share these pictures with our family. We’re especially anxious to share them with our two little grandchildren – they will love seeing their Mommy as a little girl. We are going to contact some other family members to share our experience with them as we know they have probably more years’ worth of slides than we, and we feel that they would be wise to get started on a similar project ASAP! as most would agree, sending pricless pics in the mail is a nervous time. digmypics did an awesome job for me. while the quality of their work was exceptional, so was their communication about my order starting with their notice to me about receiving my pictures. wonderful people to talk with thru process. quality company and highly recommended.

My family was lucky enough to have an 8 mm camera to take home movies in the 1950s and 60s. My Mom and I had edited the stack of 15 tapes down to an hour video many years ago. I still had the originals and decided to see if I could find a service to convert these to DVD. I searched the internet and selected DigMyPics. The process was straightforward. Lots of excellent communication to let me know my order was received, when it was due to be processed and then when it shipped. I am thrilled with the quality of images they were able to recover from tapes that had been poorly handled for the last 20 years.

I inquired to Digmypics about a large project that I had. I had about 438 pictures and slides of my Vietnam tour back in 1968-1969. I had them put everything together along with Vietnam era background music that I had chosen into a Custom Slide DVD Movie. Then I traveled to Kentucky and showed it to about 15 of my Vietnam buddies that had gathered for a reunion after 38 years. They all said that it was best that they had seen yet. Then I had to order 12 additional copies of it for all of them! Digmypics handled everything with care and I appreciated how they gave it their personal attention. I am about to give them another job of about 300 old slides that will be much easier to view if they were on a DVD as my first project is now. Thank you Digmypics.

I am awestruck by the job DigMyPics did digitizing my very old Super-8 movie film. I was so afraid the film and it's many editing splices would be too brittle for their equipment, and the color too faded to make this expenditure worthwhile. Not! In addition to the included DVD, they made me a disk of editable video files for a small and very reasonable extra charge, so that I can rearrange and delete material and make a more optimal DVD.

My father gave me the box of 35mm family slides that were taken between the early 60's and mid 70's. This was a huge job...over 2500 slides. I really had my doubts that these would turn out nice due to their age. They had been in hot, humid, dusty attics for 30 - 40 years. The staff at DigMyPics did a fantastic job with this. I was surprised at the level of personalized service that they afforded throughout the process. They telephoned me and emailed me with questions and status. This far exceeded my expectations. In my first foray into using a service to digitize my photos, I entrusted DigMyPics with the 50 year old 8mm film of my wedding, a selection of 2X2 slides and some photos. All of the original materials came back to me intact and all of the digital versons were of the highest quality. What a pleasure to see the detail in those slides! How faithfully those photos were reproduced! The film was grainy and contrasty, but good enough and probably the best that could be done within the limitations of the original. Colors were faithful. I have several hundred more items to prepare for digitization in the future and I will rely on DigMyPics for those jobs. It's been great fun!
