We were extremely pleased with the service received from DigMyPics. Everyone was courteous and happy to help. I called many times prior to ordering to ask questions, and then after ordering, and anyone that answered the phone was familiar with our order. They were very organized and detail oriented. Our order was accurate and complete and shipped in a timely fashion in the method we requested. I did alot of research to try and find the right company to trust with our life's worth of pictures (over 3,000 slides) and found the right one with DigMyPics. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank all of you for bringing back our treasured memories, especially since my Dad recently passed away. The family has been enjoying these pictures tremendously.

A job well done. All of the pictures came out beautifully, colors fresh and vibrant as though they were taken just yesterday, even though the slides were 40 plus years old. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire order. Dig-My-Pics is to be recommended to anyone who wants their pictures put on DVD or CD first class.

DigMyPics did a wonderful job converting slides my Father had taken back in the 1960s and 70s. I cannot tell you folks how much the pictures mean to me; my parents are deceased and now I am the last of the "older generation..." Now I have my memories in visual format. I am impressed. Hi, This was the best thing I've spent hard earned money on in a long time. I had slides of my Dad from early 1950's to 1990's. I am making a scrapbook. I am amazed and so pleased. After I got the disk back I started printing photo's, They look like they were taken yesterday. As soon as I'm able I will be sending in more.

I just got my pictures today from the Fed Ex truck and immediately opened and viewed my CDs and DVDs. All I have to say is, "What a fantastic job you guys did!" The CDs, DVDs, the slide show with music! WOW, I am just speechless! You far exceeded my expectations. I will be sending you more pictures and recommending you to all my friends and family! Months before I even sent in my order, DigMyPics answered my e-mail queries promptly and helpfully. I (finally) sent in my 35mm negatives with the usual anxieties: Will they get lost? Will they be okay? (Of course, they didn't and they were.) I sent over 3,000 negatives to DigMyPics. They paid attention to my special requests, addressed my concerns, and corrected a few small boo-boos. (I sent some extra negatives in a second shipment. DigMyPics happily merged the new scans with the existing order.) In the end, I've got 3,000 scans on 20-ish DVDs, two beautiful thumbnail albums, and all my negatives back. I'm recommending DigMyPics to everyone I know with scanning needs.

DigMyPics.com has responded to my every request with very friendly and efficient service. The images that they transferred from my old slides to a compact disk were so superior to their earlier status, that my family and I looked upon them with wonder, as though we were looking at them for the first time--in real time!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work you did on these old slides. The constant communication was comforting as I was a bit nervous about sending these away to be worked on. I appreciate the care that was taken when you had to take the slides apart to remount the negatives onto the paper slides. None of the original mounts were damaged and I was able to put the negatives back in them. The finished photos that I had printed from the cd's look fabulous. I would definitely use your service again. Thanks.

My order involved scanning over 500 35mm slides.While they were all high quality photos, they were taken over a period of over 60 years,with at least three differant cameras and several differant films. The first scan, as posted on the DigMyPics website, was disappointing. Many of the pictures had poor color balance and/or were much too dark. I telephoned my sad story to DigMyPics and got "Priscilla" on the line. Instead of a big argument over my complaint, Priscilla agreed with me and proceeded to review and expertly tone-up each photo. The DVD i received today with pictures of my Mom was just wonderful!! It made me cry, with happy tears. You did such a great job and so quickly. Thank you for staying in touch with me through out the whole process. I had this made to give to my Mom for Mother's Day and I know she is going to love it. We are a "picture-taking" family and this is so nice to have some of the highlights of her life for the past 76 years so easy to view. Thank you so much!!! Rena Madden
