I am a first-time customer who had over 900 slides from 1950-1980 scanned by digmypics. My daughter-in-law, an amateur photographer, was very impressed by the high resolution. I have been very pleased with the final result as well as the excellent customer service. I especially appreciated that only two reps were assigned my order and I could e-mail or call and ask for one of them. Whether I sent an e-mail or phoned the office, they were both very patient and helpful. A main reason I chose digmypics was the fact that the slides remained in the USA and the work was performed by an American company. I highly recommend this company.

I want to let your staff know that everyone I had contact with, was so very helpful.I had very limited knowledge of what was taking place with my order. I'm sorry that I can't remember the names of the people I talked with at different times. Everyone was super, talking me through the process. I also liked the way I was informed by e-mail with every step of the procedure. Thank you all very much.I will be back to use your service in the future.

I am very impressed at the amount of effort Digmypics put into processing my order which was not large--a batch of 51 35 mm slides. Of course, these slides, some of which are now nearly 70 years old, are very important to me and I much appreciate having found a company which treats my photos with such care. Another 43 slides are on the way to Digmypics.

Wow, thanks so much for resurrecting images on a bunch of old slides that I didn't even remember seeing. I sent this group to your company as a test before I would consider sending several super 8 movies that I'd like to digitize. Your service is outstanding! I just received my scanned negatives back & you did amazing work. I haven't seen some of these photos in almost 30 years & they look like the day I took them. The fact that you took the names that I had written on the individual negative envelopes for my reference & labeled all my directories was very unexpected & very much appreciated. I love the option of viewing the pix on your web site prior to purchase. I have used other scanning services in the past & tried your company since you do odd size films. In the future, I will use your service for all my film scanning. The price is right, the service is fast & your staff is very helpful & knowledgeable.

Your company did a superb job in transfering my family's 8 mm films to DVD! Every film was clear and the color was beautiful! I was very happy with all aspects of my experience, from ordering on-line to receiving the DVDs via Fed Ex. You made it easy and I am a very satisfied customer.
