As an eternal worrier, I was scared to death to send our only family slides across the US to a place that had been referenced by someone on the web. When I checked out their website, I thought "What the heck." I could not be more pleased with this company. Their automation confirmed where my slides were every step from arrival to coming back home. They scanned them quickly, fixed them up and they are absolutely spectacular. I spent actually $7 less than the scanner I was going to buy for this one time job. In addition, I called, used the online chat, and emailed to their sales/service department. All interaction was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I sound like a paid advertiser, but when I am happy I want to give credit where it is due. Thank you Dig My Pics for helping me make our memories last forever.

My overall experience has been good. The ordering and shipping process works well(perhaps with a bit more effort on the customer's part than with a competitor)Scan quality was generally good following adjustments that were made promptly following my reviews. Customer service people are easy to work with. Prices are a bit higher than others but turnaround is good.

I had 900 slides copied by another company that sent them overseas. I had to reject over 10% because any low light photos were black where there was supposed to be a little less light. I sent you the ones that did not come out from the other process. The ones I saw on line were far superior and as good as the original slides.

I spent a lot of time deciding who would be trusted with my Dad's 35mm slides covering our family's life together from the 1950s through the 1970s, so trust me when I say I looked at many services and offerings before finally deciding upon DigMyPics. I had never heard of them before, but I've already given their name out to at least four other people who have slides (and 8mm film) just waiting to be transferred to digital. Why? Because every step of the process...from getting responses to questions before the order, to placing the order, to reviewing the proofs online (and being able to delete the ones I didn't want without cost), to the reward of seeing just how great a job they did on the nearly 800 slides I sent them...was nothing short of outstanding. I can't begin to tell you how well these digitals look -- zero dust, excellent color (even on those that were certainly showing color decay), the best contrast capable, and perfect image size for HD viewing or printing (I used the lowest 35mm scan resolution based on their advice...which was spot on) -- simply fantastic! To say I am pleased with the result is a huge understatement -- and my family will concur after viewing the slide presentation that I just showed at my Dad's 80th birthday last week!

The entire process could not have been easier, the quality is great. Best of all customer service was one of the best I have encountered, all questions were answered very promptly. If I had known how easy this could be, I would have done it a long time ago. Would highly recommend using DigMyPics to anyone. Thanks again DigMyPics!!

im thoroughly impressed with the work digmypics.com has completed to scan my 35mm slides into jpeg files, both in terms of the quality and the service. the images came out better than when i use my home scanner to digitize old photos, and the staff finished the final product with a quick turnaround. i mailed 700 slides to digmypics on a friday, and i received the dvd of the scanned images in the mail on the following friday. excellent service...i would without a doubt seek out digmypics for any photo/film digitizing in the future. thanks a million!

My mom found slides of my grandmother's that were over 50+ years old. The slides were in bad shape. There were fingerprints, scratches and dust all over the slides. I was amazed at the how great the pictures looked when I previewed my order. They looked great! I can't wait to show them at my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. My grandmother will be so surprised. The service was great. I am getting the rest of the slides that were found together to send. Thanks for the great job and prompt service.

This was my first time using digmypics.com and I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this fabulous company and the service. After viewing many other sites offering slide-scanning services, I elected digmypics because of many the options available and the fact that my slides remained here in the U.S. The scans of my slides are excellent and I appreciated the quick and personal service. As a physician (radiologist), I am a different type of customer. I sent 7 or 8 sets of 35 mm slides of XRays and CT scans to be digitized for PowerPoint lectures. The quality of the digitized material was excellent, and the quality of the presentations that resulted from the material were excellent. I highly recommend DigMyPics to any physician who needs to convert old 35 mm lecture slides to digitized material for PowerPoint lectures.

I recently inherited several 8mm films and was so happy to have them transferred onto DVD. I cannot tell you how it felt to see my grandfather on film after so many years. It completely brought him back to life for me and to see other family members whom I have only seen photos of, made me feel so connected to them all. The picture quality was better than I thought it would be for films which are more than fifty years old. Thank you for doing such a great job and taking care of these irreplaceable relics of family history.

I had about 2000 photos i took out of old albums and wanted to scan. The job was way too big for me to do myself so i searched on line and found Digmypics. This is a fabulous service! They have done about half my photos so far and i'll be sending the next batch in soon. They keep you updated on the process and even let you see your scanned photos before paying so you can select the ones you want. I have been using the economy pricing and am very happy with the quality. The professionalism and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company!!!
