One of my resolutions for this year was to send some of my 25+ year old slides away for digital conversion. After doing some research, I selected your company based on reviews and input from others. I was very pleased with the service provided, your courteous response to my query and the quality of the results. The overall process was fast and I was happy to be able to watch the status of the conversion in real-time (a very nice feature). I also liked being able to pull my jpg images directly from the web. My slides were returned to me with nice looking CD and DVD that were professionally labeled. I would highly recommend your service to others!

You took great care with the images, your enhancement process was wonderful and your email communications were terrific. Your staff even responded to my questions over the weekend. The entire staff was wonderful. The quality of the images is terrific. We have had so many laughs as we look through them. Many of them will become gifts for family members over the next years. Even some of the images that we thought would not convert well, look great! Your staff took great care to enhance even the poorest quality images. Wonderful!! After buying a negative scanner and trying it out on six rolls of film, I sent three rolls of 35 mm film to two different scanning services. DigMyPics completed the order in record time and with great quality. I really appreciate paying only for the scans I keep. I was able to delete several duplicate pictures, and just keep the best. The other company took 3x as long and cost more. I'll be sending along more negatives as soon as I can get them organized.

Your service has been just as described on your website. I have been more than pleased as the proceedure has been so simple for a noncomputer type like me. And the quality of the scanning of slides that have been in an attic box for over 40 years is fantastic. I will have more slides on the way soon. This is my first time to use your company to convert my slides to DVDs but it will not be my last! I was very impressed with your personal interaction with me via e-mail to make sure you processed my order exactly like I wanted it. You even suggested ways I could save money. The results were far beyond my expectations and you kept me informed of every step in the process.

We are delighted with our pictures. The service was excellent, speedy and very professional. They gave us an accurate quote, and where there was a problem the communication was excellent. There were no suprises. The overall quality is stunning. I was a little worried that going with the lower DPI would affect the quality, but I was proven wrong. We even put the images up on the 50" TV and they were crystal clear. If you need professional services for your old negatives and photos, I cant think of anyone better!
