After buying a negative scanner and trying it out on six rolls of film, I sent three rolls of 35 mm film to two different scanning services. DigMyPics completed the order in record time and with great quality. I really appreciate paying only for the scans I keep. I was able to delete several duplicate pictures, and just keep the best. The other company took 3x as long and cost more. I'll be sending along more negatives as soon as I can get them organized.

Your service has been just as described on your website. I have been more than pleased as the proceedure has been so simple for a noncomputer type like me. And the quality of the scanning of slides that have been in an attic box for over 40 years is fantastic. I will have more slides on the way soon. This is my first time to use your company to convert my slides to DVDs but it will not be my last! We are delighted with our pictures. The service was excellent, speedy and very professional. They gave us an accurate quote, and where there was a problem the communication was excellent. There were no suprises. The overall quality is stunning. I was a little worried that going with the lower DPI would affect the quality, but I was proven wrong. They were able to work miracles with the 8mm reels that I had. Unfortunately, my dad had not kept them very protected over the years and they were pretty messed up. When I sent the film I let the guys know that this was very important to me since we had very little film or pictures left of my dad. They cleaned and straightened the film a couple of times. Then when putting the film on DVD they took the time to enhance the picture as much as they could to clean it up. Throughout out this process I received an email and a phone call letting me know what was going on and what they planned on doing next. I am grateful for the film they have fixed for me and plan to send more. I tell people about the wonderful work that they did for me and what DigMyPics can do for them.
