This company and their staff is very professional and the turn around time couldn't of been faster. We sent our old, ripped and damaged photos in to be color corrected and scanned they did a super job. The DVD's we received were professionally created and is a joy to watch for our family. They returned our original photos which were carefully handled. They offer a great service for your slides also, but they do so much more and you speak and email with real people. You won't go wrong here.

I have used digmypics now for several batches of 35mm slides after trying one other scanning service and being unsatisfied. Digmypic's processes are very easy to work with and their response time is much better than the other service I tried. They responded quickly and are anxious to please with personal contacts by their scanning editors on the adjustments to the initial scan needed to meet my preferences for contrast and saturation levels.

For the longest time I was trying to figure out how to get my old slides scanned, and then downloaded on my computer. There were several options, most of which I disappointingly dismissed. Then someone told me about DigMyPics. With a sense of guarded optimism, I packed up 15 of my old slides and sent them off to you. Wow! The digital images I got back far exceeded my expectations! When I told people that the images were my 20 year old slides that DigMyPics has scanned, they couldn't believe it! Great Job! My next order is on it's way.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY...My father recently passed and we found all of these old negatives and slides. I went on the internet and found Dig My Pics. I contacted them and filled out the info the best I could and sent the negatives.They emailed me with info and when I did not answerright away they called. he woman was so helpful and explained why the DVD was a better idea. She helped me with the choices and when I got the DVD back I was overjoyed. They are fast, professional and I will have this wonderful remeberance of my family forever. I can make photos from it or play it on my DVD player and my computer.

I did receive back my negatives(+DVD!)in good order and within the promised turn-around time. The quality of the scans is excellent and I also want to compliment you on the way you've set up the communication with yr clients. Being kept up-to-date with the progress of the processing and the system for the selection of the images via yr website, are both 1st class. I had my mom's slides uploaded to digital for a Christmas present for her and my siblings. Growing up we had slide shows all the time (until someone banged against the table and the bulb blew out). Those were such fond memories for us, and it was many years since we saw those slides. This Christmas we were back with the digital slide show. It was fantastic. The shots are nice quality and the service and turnaround was excellent. I really waited too long to send them in, and I called to make sure they could be done in time. I can't express enough how wonderful it was to talk to a real person at your facilty, not a service or a recording. Each person was so helpful and efficient, and gave me great advice to ensure I had them back in time. I had looked at another service originally that I saw in SkyMall, but even though this was a bit more in cost, I have to say, it was worth it and I would do it the same again. Thanks so much. I would like to compliment your company on the excellent service you do with slides. I'm glad I choose your company over one who sends the slides to India to be processed. I was able to talk with someone on your staff as I made decisions on what to do. Your staff is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I received my materials in a timey fashion and was excited to view both the CD & DVD. The music was nicely done to co-ordinate with the pictures. It is a pleasure to view the pictures I took from 1958-1970 with my slide camera. It will be fun to share with my family and especially grandchildren who never knew my husband or mother. Thanks!

This is my second time working with the Digmypics outfit and they have again done an amazing job.
