WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE WHEN MY ORDER WAS RECIEVED. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. THIS WAS EXPERIMENTAL ON MY PART AS I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I AM PLEASED TO HAVE A SOURCE WHICH I CAN DEPEND ON TO CONVERT QUITE A FEW MORE SLIDES. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE GL McGILL - CLEVELAND,OHIO

The process worked very smoothly. DMP worked smoothly to accommodate a huge order of old and varied formats. I loved the acceptance/delete photo online format. The only change I would have like to see would be the ability to label photos as I accept them. This would streamline the process for me at home (having to go over them yet another time). Also I loved the idea that other family members could go on line and determine if they knew the photographed individuals. Again the ability to relabel the photos would help, as this was a multi-family project.

Not only is the turn around quick, the scans excellent and the price right, but the service and personal attention go way beyond just filling an order. Every time I have ordered I have received personal attention, either suggesting products that have been helpful or assuring everything is exactly as I want it. I will continue to use Digmypics for all my scanning needs and highly recommend them to everyone that needs scanning services.

Dig my pics is very service oriented . I had a problem with several of my slides being improperly mounted by the lab and the scans had to be redone. Also they were very sensitive in handling my requests for color balancing, as these were slides of hand colored photos and the colors were not as obvious as in color photography. I directed the changes by phone and they made the corrections (at no extra service charge.) I was very pleased with the results and would certainly use them again as well as recommend them. The customer contact was top quality.

The slide conversion to jpeg’s turned out great. In my case, these were slides my mother took back in 1950’s while she served in Korea aboard USS Haven and other adventures in Asia. These also captured the Havens round the world cruise via Suez and Panama Canal. They are priceless. Also included are some of while mom was on leave and some early family slides. If I could have done this years ago I would have. For anyone considering doing this, don’t wait. Do it for your folks. The people at digmypics were great, they did an awesome job. During the (first batch) online slide review, I contacted sales via email to let them know how well this was turning out. Later, the person doing my batch replied as to how the process was going. The digmypic’s people are discrete, prompt, and will do the best job possible with digitizing your slides. I offer them my thanks for the service that they provided.

I can't believe how fortunate I was to find digmypics online. I have already recommended you and will continue to do so. It has been first of all easy. You make everything exceedingly clear. And, last night, when I was able to go through my scanned slides and delete any I didn't want (which you then didn't charge me for) - when does that ever happen in life? So, kudos to you all for doing what you do and for doing it so well.

I'm so disappointed in the quality of the conversion. The disk plays OK up to about half way through. At that point, the recording stops and jumps back a few minutes. Sometimes I can force it past this point and it will play a few more minutes and then do the same thing. This disk is worthless to me and cost about $35.00 for nothing. Gail Gibbs

What I sent you was a portfilio of 35mm slides from a 40 year career in advertising. Like most old slides they were not in very good condition, glass mounts and an abundance of dust. Generally not good enough to view anymore. What I got back was a collecton of very useable images in digital file form good enough to use in a book of graphics with seriously high standards of pictorial representation, excellent product. This is the second slide scanning job I have had done. The first time I sent the job to another company that did not disclose that my slides actually were sent to India to be scanned and the job took two months start to finish!. Contrast that with DigMyPics. Ten days from the day I sent the slides to when I got back the DVD. This is great. Don't send your slides to India. Choose DigMyPics instead.
