DMP made the scary process of sending off my APS,old video tapes,and cassettes much much easier. When my box got there I was informed immediately! At each stage they let me know what was next. The quality of my disks are great (especially considering what they had to work with). After I got the disks and checked them, I called to ask about getting extra copies of a few disks and in 2 minutes or less was done. The extra disks were on their way to me in 2 hours and 6 minutes. I had no problem with the time it took to scan my stuff to digital! It was not long at all, but still this is not something you should wait to do if you need the disks done and back in 2-3 days -- that is ridiculous. I couldn't be more pleased. the holders they send the disks back in are great to store the disks permanently. Thank you DMP!!

It is very scary to send off family photos that are an important part of your memories for fear that they'll be lost. Dig My Pics kept me in the loop of each phase of their production from receipt of the pictures to scanning, to shipping the pictures back. I particularly liked the ability to review each picture they scanned to accept or discard it. The images were high quality and in many cases seemed better than the photos that I sent! I didn't discard a single photo. Dig My Pictures scanned 600 pictures for me, sending them back to me within 3 weeks along with the DVDs, and providing a link to download all the pictures to my photo software. The quality of the digital images is exceptional - I can't tell the difference between them and digital photos I download directly from my camera. I HIGHLY recommend Dig My Pictures digitize your memories.

I have been avoiding any big projects related to hundreds and hundreds of slides. When I found digmypics it was like a dream come true. I trusted them with quite a few boxes of slides from my first European trip in 1968 and they did such a good job. In every step along the way I could pick up the phone and a very nice person would answer my questions or walk me thru different stages of the process. The online website was pretty easy for me as an older person, but sometimes there was a glitch. For me it is invaluable to ask a question of a real, live person. I sent about a dozen slides and a dozen negatives to 4 of the best rated scanning services, including digmypics. Two of the services were very close in quality (to my inexpert eye), and two had very helpful, snark-free support representatives. digmypics was the only one on both of those lists (quality and support). So I sent the rest of my 1200 slides to be scanned and I'm very happy with the results. I'll soon be sending them about 1200 negatives.

I hesitated letting old 8mm movie reels of my wife’s family from the 50s and 60s out of my sight. I had looked at digmypics a few times surfing for a source to copy our old reels. I finally bit the bullet and took a chance. Digmypics is efficient and fast. I was amazed at the quality, they removed all the frame bars normally seen on old 8mm reels so it is a nice smooth transition from one frame to the next. I am anxious to send in my next batch to get digitized.

Digmypics is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. I was so impressed with their customer service from Day One. I got an email when my 200 plus pictures arrived at their location. Whenever I had a questions I could reply to their email....never do you get "please do not reply to this email ", like some companies. When I called once to ask a question a person answered right away. And the quick return of my pictures was amazing. I ordered the thumbnail album and CD of all my scanned pictures. The quality was wonderful. The album is a must....you can see all your pictures...they are not microscopic! I could go on and on but suffice it to say that yesterday I sent another couple of hundred pictures to be scanned and put on a CD. Need I say more?

Amazing job! Amazing service! Well done Digmypics! I got lucky when googling companies to convert my films. I had communications with Daniel throughout the process. They have the process down to a science, and you'll get your films converted and sent back to you ASAP. I ordered DVDs and a thumbdrive, which were delivered to me within about 7 days.You can download your videos from their website, and share them with your friends and family. These films are of no value to anyone except my family and me and I am thankful for your expertise DIGMYPICS. Thanks!

First of all I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service and your outstanding work on my film being it was super 8 sound made it more difficult to process but you did it. Second, I like how you keep me informed and up to date on your progress with my film, if I had a question I would email you and your responds was immediate. I will most definitely be sending digmypic more of my films. from 1-10 I gave you a 10 being the highest. I must comment that, in every way, DigMyPics handled all communications in an expeditious and profession manner, whether by email or telephone. All staff took the time to carefully understand my special requests and more than adequately fulfill them. It's a rare item these days to work with such capable persons. I had @ 18 old (1930s-1940s) negatives transferred to Digital Photos by digmypics. I had also previously used another vendor for other negatives who sent the negatives to India for processing. Digmypics were as good if not better than the other processor in Quality of pictures, faster in service (2.5 weeks vs. 6-7 weeks), and less expensive. Their phone staff was also very helpful as I was initiating my order. If needed again in the future I will certainly use digmypics.com.
