I must comment that, in every way, DigMyPics handled all communications in an expeditious and profession manner, whether by email or telephone. All staff took the time to carefully understand my special requests and more than adequately fulfill them. It's a rare item these days to work with such capable persons. I had @ 18 old (1930s-1940s) negatives transferred to Digital Photos by digmypics. I had also previously used another vendor for other negatives who sent the negatives to India for processing. Digmypics were as good if not better than the other processor in Quality of pictures, faster in service (2.5 weeks vs. 6-7 weeks), and less expensive. Their phone staff was also very helpful as I was initiating my order. If needed again in the future I will certainly use digmypics.com.

This is the second time I have used DigMyPics to convert family memories from the 50s and 60s to digital format. Once again, I am very pleased with the level of service, both from a technological and human perspective. This company has far exceeded any & all expectations. I initially used a local pharmacy that offered transfer services. I received a disc so dark it was like watching shadows move in the dark. I could see enough to know that it was a 51 yr old film of Christmas day. The importance of this film is priceless! My father died tragically just 2 years later. This is the only film we found out of just a handful of things that were not thrown away during my mothers grief and shock. I'm happy with DigMyPics digitizing my slides and an old film. Easy-to-use web site, good communication all the way thru, clear instructions, no surprises, fine schedule, quality is fine. I guess I expected it to be straightforward, so don't exactly know what they would do to blow-my-socks off, but everything went just how I would want. Thanks.

This wonderful company brought my old treasured pictures to life and there is no greater gift! The staff was very helpful and walked me through the process and answered any and all questions that I had during each stage. I would highly recommend this service and they take care of your memories.

I recently got around 3,000 feet of old 8mm and super 8mm family films coverted to digital by digmypics, and they did a fantastic job in every respect from answering my many questions up front, to keeping me informed about every step of the transfers. The whole operation went very smoothly, and my family and I could not be happier with every part of their service and conversion quality. In addition to the very high work quality, I really liked their regular emails with a link that kept me up-to-date on what was happening. Likewise, they posted preliminary copies online so I could see the progress as it was happening...very cool. I have just finished transferring all my parents' old family slides into digital files and DigMyPics did an awesome job. They have awesome customer service and they pay great attention to detail. The new images look great. I can't say the same about one of their top competitors who I had convert some tapes (just comparing companies). In the case of "Brand X," DVDs came back mis-labeled and poorly categorized. The only company I will ever use in the future is DigMyPics. And I love the fact that I can see my media developing as they scan!

Sadly, my health of both of my parents are declining so we took on a project to digitize many of the photos that had been wating away in photo albums in their closet! Almost 1,000 pictures over two batches! While many of the pictures were not in great shape, seeing the final product was awesome!! A labor of love for our family so I am thankful for the work you have done!!

Had some slides digitized. They are over 50 years old. Digmypics did such a great job, the .jpeg files are so clear and bright, it looks like they could have been taken yesterday! Everything was easy, including the shipping. I liked that I could see them online while the work was being done. I'm getting more slides ready to ship. Thanks for the good work.
