I headed from Reno to AZ for vacay with close to 2,500 photos in my carry-on bag and hand delivered this "precious cargo" straight to DigMyPics in Gilbert. This company was exemplary every step of the way; they scanned my images (a large order) in about a week and sent email notification to view right away. I dropped the ball in not previewing my order for several weeks, yet when I called the company to apologize, they graciously allowed more time for me to check out the images and select up to 20% to discard. After finalizing my order, they mailed my original boxes of photos and the digital media CD's back in record time...my gazillion pics were still in perfect order and the scanned images have wonderful color and clarity.. I wouldn't think of using any other photo scanning/video transfer service; DigMyPics is perfect in every way!

For my 80th birthday all my kids came. We spent many hours watching 53 carousels, each holding 80 slides. Everyone shouting when they saw one they wanted. We managed to reduce the 53 to 16. Digmypics made dvds for all my children. We are all thrilled with the results. What a gift. Now I plan on going through my scrapbooks. I have them starting with 4th grade. That should keep me busy.

I cannot say enough about the service I received with digmypics. Everything from directions of how to send your films in to exactly what will happen when they receive them. I loved that you can preview everything before they made the DVD's and add titles. My movies were from the 1960s and am more than please with the outcome. You do have remember that back then video cameras did not have the ability to do low light videos, but even though you can see the images enough to bring back the memories. I contacted them a couple of times by e-mail and telephone and I can tell you the customer service was excellent. When you call you actually talk to a live person, who is very pleasant and helpful. E-mails were answered very quickly, mostly the same day if during the week.

I am very impressed with the high quality workmanship. I sent this to my Mom and I'm sure she will be very happy I found you to make a movie of the old family photos.

Dig My Pics digitized our slides from a vacation my husband and I took 45 years ago. We were very pleased with the results! The colors were true to the original slides, the clarity was great, dark slides were brightened and washed out slides were darkened. We have more slides and we're definitely planning to send them to Dig My Pics again.

You did an excellent job of scanning in my underwater transparencies. It was a safe, easy and price conscious way to get my pictures into a digital format. I loved the ability to see my pictures as they were being scanned, and the communication with digmypics was excellent throughout the process. You made it very easy for me to send my transparencies via FedEx, and the results are terrific. I can't wait to upload my underwater pictures to print format. I was surprised that our local drug stores do not have a service to make pictures out of slides, alas, old slides from the 1960s are passe. Online search led me to digmypix and called for guidance. I wish to remember the reps name, maybe Karen, maybe not. She was johnney of the spot helful and I mailed the slides that day in hopes of surprising my husband of 52 years with pictures of early years at University of Oklahoma and from our wedding. We had NO pix of our wedding. After our zippy and fun Mom died at 93 my incredible sister sifted her house dutifully. She is scientific, organized and a swell sister. When she found slides she sent them to me in a surprise package and viola! I have a disc now with wedding pictures and days of yore. The DVD is top quality, the pictures that I made at CVS are top quality and I now can look and laugh on the computer, one my phone and in an album. We have had an interesting, academic and engaging married life and to savor the day of our marriage is truly fun. I sent notes by email, received timely responses and am delighted with the service of this quality business.

I recently sent slides dating back to the 50s, 60s and 70s to be converted to DVD. I was hesitant because they represent almost all of the remaining pictures of my family from my childhood. I was able to track every step of the process and watch as they were being digitally scanned into their system. I was amazed at the quality of images they were able to coax from the poorly cared for slides and ordered dvds for each of my siblings as well as for me along with the album. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and their customer service is off the charts.

Digmypics.com did a great job scanning my parent's very old family slides. They kept me informed from the moment my package of slides arrived until the job was done. The most impressive aspect of their service is the beautiful job they did with enhancing the photos - I could not believe how much improvement occurred in their process. I highly recommend digmypics.com and, in fact, we have sent 2 more collections to them for processing - my husband's parent's as well as our own family collection.
