The best service ever for the transfer of my old 1950s 8 mm films. Customer service was excellent and so is the final product. I was amazed at how fast I got my thumb drive after sending my films to be digitalized. Whenever I called with my questions, I did not hit an answering machine but there was always somebody at the end of the line to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend digmypics. You will not be disappointed.

I'm old and retired and have what I know are old-fashioned expectations of the quality of service I receive from businesses in today's world. I am blown away by DigMyPics. They have exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Their prompt communications, clear explanations and quality final products are incredible. Get your orders in before the secret gets out.

This company did EXACTLY what it said it would on its website. In fact, the service level actually exceeded my expectations. No telephone tree when I called with a question. Real people competently answered my questions - which were few. They delivered exactly as promised and then followed up with instructions about how to keep your newly digitized materials safe and secure. Highly recommend! I can't think of any company that has done more to offer and deliver a great service.

My husband is celebrating a milestone birthday this year and I thought a great present would be to convert his family's old 35 mm films to DVDs. As luck would have it a friend of mine recommended digmypics and I am so glad she did! The website was easy to read, progress emails were sent, we were able to preview and edit before processing, a quick turn around time and delivery was easy. My husband was so excited about the DVD's that we ordered a set for each of his siblings. Thank you so much for making the process so easy, preserving those memories and best of all I made a new friend who just happens to be one of the owners of digmypics. The whole process was smooth, and my emails and phone calls were all answered quickly and professionally (one bluntly but still politely). The dignmypics staff digitized my 647 slides faster than promised... and returned them as submitted. I loved being able to see the slides as they were being done and to delete the two that were just too blurry to bother with. Nearly all the slides were professionally exposure- and color-corrected (two were left very blue). My family all commented that the jpegs seemed even better than the original slides. I definitely recommend digmypics!

Digmypics digitized my family photos in multiple formats: old prints, 35mm slides and old square slides mounted in glass holders. I was very pleased with the care Digmypics provided. Their professional service and great customer attention was extremely reassuring. It was a little nerve wracking to send the only copies of my family photos off to them, but I’ve got them back again in their original shape, except for the old slides originally mounted in glass which had to be removed for the scanning. Digmypics used their software tools to put each photo in its best image. I was totally satisfied.

Sent some 50 year-old prints and slides to be digitized and they did a great job. The pictures came out clear, and they keep you informed of the progress every step of the way, from receipt at their facility, through the digitizing process, picture review, and finally shipping info - all for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
