Wonderful experience with this company. They digitized the photos I was able to save after Hurricane Harvey flooding on the Texas Gulf Coast. They made me 'smile, again'. Service was fast, great scanning and turn around time. Beautiful scanning, images better than they were. Great communications on the progress of the project. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

Based on a recommendation from The Wirecutter, I spent a couple of weeks editing down slides that I wanted to digitize, and sent them to DigMyPics. They look great! Cleaned up nicely, but no evidence of over processing...better than I expected. Excellent sharpness and color correction. (Agfa slides started out a bit lush; some Ektachromes had faded; all looked way better after digitizing). I rejected a couple dozen slides that were not as interesting when viewed more closely. DigMyPics was good at customer service also, answering quickly when needed. My only complaint...estimated time was very optimistic. With 2 day shipping each way, it was almost 6 weeks total. These were slides from the 1970's and 1980's, so I had no reason to rush now, but the expected turn around was much less for an order of this size, and I think it would be good to be upfront about that. 130 35 mm slides in excellent condition sent in two groups (identified by rubber bands around each set). Images returned in two files. Slides not exactly scanned sequentially; I needed to change file names (slides are from two trips), but most were in a reverse order (the larger set was scanned in two batches). Very satisfied with service and results. Not much, if any, image improvement necessary.

I've looked for a service to digitize my slides for several years now. One of my chief challenges was the fact that I have both 126 Instamatic slides as well as 35mm slides. I was extremely satisfied with the final work as well as the customer service responses of digmypics. I couldn't be happier and recommend them highly.

I had about 2200 feet of Super 8 film to convert to electronic media. I was very nervous about sending off my film which is over 40 years old and includes quite a few childhood memories. Nevertheless, I bit the bullet and shipped it away. Everything went as smooth as silk. I was able to track my package until it was delivered to DigMyPics and from that point on, the company kept me up to date throughout the process. Within just a few days, I was able to see my movies online for the first time in years. I accepted my videos and paid the charge and my originals arrived back at home safe and sound along with my electronic media. I work as a Six Sigma Black Belt in my current job, so I am very critical of process or the lack thereof. DigMyPics did a fantastic job and the process from my perspective went as well as it could possibly go and I am extremely pleased.

My wife and I looked at a lot of advertising on the Internet for copying photos, movies, and slides to save your memories to a DVD or CD. Dig My Pics offered the best by using back ground music and fading in and out and adjusting color, clarity, and contrast. We had several pictures of Grandma that were pretty much washed out from the sun. They fixed them! When the DVD arrived, we stopped everything and watched it on the big screen. Wow! Glad we had extra copies made for Christmas presents. Whether you have all the programs for copying and producing DVDs, leave it to the experts. Contact Dig My Pics. They will do a fantastic job!

DigMyPics digitized a few dozen 8mm home movies and hundreds of family photos for me. Some of the movies are seventy years old. Some of the photos are older. Working with DMP was easy, excellent customer support, a great web site, fast service. Many options for recording the digitized files are available. The digitized files are excellent. The original media are returned in better condition than when I sent them. I have recommended DMP to friends and family.
