I love to take LOT of pictures. I also live part time in Europe. My slides were in Europe and I got them digitized there. I was not feeling confortable to have the original slides sailing on a gargo ship. I did not know what to do with my APS cartridges (what a strage format!) still sitting in the US. But I found digmypics. Their process and continuous feedback was very useful for somebody doing a lot of traveling as I am. The final transfer of the digital files was a bit hectic as I was receiving them on a computer lost in Deep France. But digmypics helped and split the order in four. Thank you digmy pics.

I was unsure what to expect sending 2100+ slides cross country to get digitized. The other options I looked into didn't offer the enhancement/review options which is important with 40-60 year old slides. The correspondence with techs was timely and considerate. The end product is excellent! I felt the cost for this service was very good. I have 6 other siblings and they all agreed this was handled really well. I highly recommend them! Doug Koopmann

Outstanding revival of my late friend's summer of 67 vacation's . It's as if i was with his grandparents and him roadtripping from the Gaspe Peninsula(east) to the Golden Gate Bridge(west) with sights the whole way. This companies stellar work is worth every cent,from the greeting to the updates and the final product WOW great job!!!

Just received our DVD slide show made from our 35mm slides and digmypics did an outstanding job! Slide show pictures were sharp and clear. The whole process from start to finish was easy to do, I was informed when my order arrived at their facility and was kept informed of the status of my order. All I can say is that the team at Digmypics met every expectation. They hit my deliverable date, no surprises on pricing, all slides were returned as expected, and naming convention on the volumes and slides was perfect. I hand delivered 30 x 35mm slide carousels (over 3,000 slides) from years 1956 - 1986. The quality of the scans is truly amazing, and I used the lower resolution (2500). I will definitely be back and highly recommend their services. I researched conversions houses all over the country and picked Digmypics for the job.

I was very, very satisfied with, 300 feet of 1978 8mm Film w/sound, being digitally scanned. They were in rough shape to start and they did a great job cleaning up the images and sound. Better then what I hoped. Digmypics keeps you updated on the progress from beginning to end. I chose to have DVD's and USB memory stick to save the data. I use a Apple Machintosh at home so selected data in Apple format. This way I can edit and update the new video using IMovie. I will create what I call the Director's cut version, including names of people and locations. This way I can pass down to future generations. I plan to use Digmypics again. This note of appreciation concerns order number 804186 that was completed on Sunday, December 16th. Please know that I appreciate the work that was accomplished on my order for 47 slides and I am very, very happy with the final results! Some of my older Kodachrome slides are a bit underexposed, or are significantly scratched, which presents some serious challenges for not only scanning the slides but makes them difficult to work with in the post scanning image enhancement process. My slides are really of no value to anyone else but they mean the world to me. Having them scanned by DigMyPics not only allows me to preserve my images digitally without concerns for further deterioration and damage as you would a 35mm slide but also to share them with other family members. Thank you for your outstanding service and customer support!

Results and customer support were outstanding. I paid extra to have my order expedited (~400 slides & 2800 ft of film). I could monitor the progress and results online before return shipment. Their support in answering numerous and frequent questions was clear and supportive. Everyone definitely conveyed an understanding of how important one-of-a-kind, lifetime images are. I read reviews online and contacted a couple of others before sending to Digmypics. I'm glad I went with them and will be sending future orders.

Digmypics did a great job transferring my videos and super 8mm films to digital. They did exactly what I asked, enhanced the quality of the 8mm films and did it all very quickly. When one of my videos had a lot of shaking after the transfer, I called digmypics.com and they took care of the problem right away. They sent me a free mailing label to return the video and the hard drive and they performed the transfer again, this time without any shaking. They then returned the video and the updated hard drive in quick time. They really stand behind their guarantee and I can't recommend them highly enough for quality, service and guarantee.

I wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with your services. I recently sent in and received back a number of slides and negatives that you processed onto discs. The quality of what I received was beyond expectations. What you did with 60+-year old slides was amazing! I also felt like the service was very personalized in that you sent emails asking questions to refine my order. I like how you kept me informed all along of where the process was and the ability to view and save the pictures once paid for. I never felt like this was just a mass-production company. I have recommended you to a friend, who will be using your services. I will also let my computer guy know how pleased I am. I also like your 20% deletion option. I have used digmypics several times over the last few years to scan slides, negatives and digitize 8mm movie film. I have been very pleased with the result and will continue to use their service.
