I have been able to download all orders you have sent me as being completed. I had not cleared the detail box before downloading. Downloading is simple and quick. The pictures are fantastic. The photo book is not a catalog to find files, it is a great album. The flash drive is a perfect way for me to give the pictures to my children. This was a big project for me, about 2,000 pictures with the 6 children, both my and my wife's ancestors, as well as pictures of my wife and myself. Well Done.
