I am totally impressed with the quality of the 8mm video transfer that was done on my families videos. The movies were taken in the 1960's and no one in my family has seen them before. I tried to get a few done at a local film store and was very disappointed in the quality of the DVD's. The DVD's I received back from you were clear, colored and incredibly fun to watch! I could not believe the clarity and quality of the film. These were taken in the 1960-70's and look like they were taken recently. I also appreciated all of the help I received over the phone during this process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommended this company!

I just sent in my second batch of medium format negatives. The first batch came out great and I love the thumbnail album. I ordered discs and albums to share with family and we are all thrilled. Customer service is great, I have called and written for help and each time I received the best advice, help and service. I highly recommend this company.

I sent in negatives that were nearly 30 years old. They were from my first photo assignment as a teenager. The negatives were sentimental. I had originally processed the film and used them in the darkroom for my first time. Have been meaning for years to get them to digital. So happy with the results!!!! Thank you!!!!

DigMyPics was recommended to me by one of my brother-in-laws who had used their service several times and was very happy with the results compared to other transfer services he had used prior. My experience has also been excellent. Before sending my slides, I called for some explanatory information and received the exact information I needed. Once my slides were received, I was notified immediately and then was kept informed of progress so that I could periodically check in and look at the transfers that had already been made. Pricing of my project was exactly as I expected from the on-line order form. I received my slides back exactly as I had sent them along with the flash drive I ordered for storage. I have been able to easily transfer the digital files from the flash drive to my iMac and am now making adjustments using iPhoto software. This project has turned out exactly as I wanted and the results are excellent given the age of the slides (up to 45 years old). I can recommend DigMyPics without reservation.

I cannot adequately express how grateful my family and I are for this service. We had prints going back to the 1940's scanned and the entire process not only averted my anxiety over all the family photos being with a 3rd party; but the results are breathtaking. The price was very reasonable ... most particularly after I received the digital copies and compared to my own previous scanning attempts. The process was wonderful as there were a couple folks at the facility who would email me with questions (ex. we found some lose items in your parents wedding album, would you like them scanned?"). They were incredibly kind and detail oriented to be sure. I researched every major scanning service online as well as many local options. I selected Digmypics for a number of technical reasons, but ultimately it was the customer testimonials that codified my decision. I am a full time technology expert and was very happy to read their discussion about effective DPI/PPI, the types of scanners they use, and their web portal that allows you to monitor live. All outstanding. I believe that this is the third product/service I have ever written a testimonial for. Being a member of Gen-X, it takes a lot for me to write something like this and let me tell you - I'll be writing another when we get my wife's side of the family all scanned. Thank you to you all. Thanks for the great job of scanning old negatives of my parents and grandparents. The scans seemed to be all the way to the edge. Three little boys were revealed at the edge of a negative that did not show up in an amateur scan. Now I have pictures that I'd never seen before of family members.

Digmypics performed better than expected. In cruising Google for someone to convert my old slides to digital, there were many other lower-priced options but along with digmypic's higher cost was a promised better end-product with an explanation of how it would be achieved. Well, their performance even exceeded their "brag" and the topper to it all was that after I approved the transferred-to-SD Card pictures on-line , I was immediately able to download them to my computer and was enjoying them in my home before the company had even mailed out my SD Card to me. A totally top-notch company.

Had 40 medium format (2x2 film) slides from late 1950s of my grandparents and other family. Scanned images are excellent and I shared with the now old generation sister and cousins which were greatly appreciated. These photos won’t mean much to our children but they are great reminders to our generation. Digmypics did a great job, very professional. Many thanks.

Thank you for transferring an old 16mm film to a thumb drive for me. I appreciate Daniel’s helpfulness throughout the process. He patiently answered my many questions, helping me choose the most cost effective route and guiding me through the process of figuring out how to view the thumb drive on my computer. We had no idea what we would find on this 1965 home movie. It turned out to be a 6-minute film of my parents (now deceased) and my four siblings and me. My 56-year-old brother was only one month old at the time! The quality of the film is excellent and we are all very pleased with the result. I submitted 300 slides taken from 1967-69 during my research on an island in the Pacific. These slides varied in their original quality, and had darkened with age. The scans were remarkable in their color quality and exposure. Some of the darkest slides were enhanced so that the people in them were clearly visible, and could be recognized. I am very impressed with the end product; they have saved these 50 year old images for a new generation. Thank you!
