My father passed away in 2017, and we found a box of about 2,000 35MM slides in the basement with family memories from the 1950s through the 1980s. After conducting research and with an endorsement from a friend, I sent off the slides and held my breath. I am 100 percent satisfied with the results - the quality of the images is just incredible. Now we have these priceless family treasures preserved, in top quality, for posterity. And, I can share them across many members of the family who have been so excited to see them brought back to life. I sent slides in two different mailings. I just received the second order. I am very pleased with the results and the quality of the work performed. I did a tremendous amount of research on the best place to process my dad's old 8MM films. They were taken back in 1947 though 1967. Since these were extremely valuable memories, I wanted to make sure they were handled with the proper care and wouldn't be damaged in any manner. I decided on DicMyPics based on my research and reading the reviews. In addition to reading through all the information on their website, I called them to see if I could actually speak to someone about the process before sending them my films. I spoke with Daniel who answered all my questions and reassured me all would go fine. Imagine that, actually talking to a person versus just emails! Daniel and the rest of the Company did an OUTSTANDING job in every step of the process. They kept in constant communication with me so I knew exactly where they were in the development. They worked efficiently so I was able to soon review the films on-line. They were better than I ever thought they would be. After some minor tweaks to the on-line versions - to make some sections even lighter which they happily did - I finalized my order. Shortly after that, I received my new DVD's and all my old films back in better shape than I sent them! Daniel was my contact throughout the entire process and was just great. I strongly encourage you to give DigMyPics a chance - you will not regret it. I recommend them highly!

The customer service was very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule for downloads, the digital copies of my photos look amazing (better than the originals), all my photos were returned in perfect condition and organized as I had sent them (I REALLY appreciated this!). The digital photos were also organized as the original prints were (also very helpful to me). Thank you!

I just wanted to let potential customers of digmypics to know this company was awesome to work with. I reviewed several companies before deciding to trust digmypics with 20 reels of cherished family movies. I called prior to submitting my order & made a few calls once my reels were received by the company to ask many different questions. Everyone I spoke to was super knowledgeable & above all friendly. The entire process took less than 10 days from reels to DVDs. I would highly recommend digmypics!

I want to thank the guys at DigMyPics for doing a terrific job on our family photo albums. Our job was complex being over 6600 pictures with lots of requested directories. Communication with us through the process was excellent, scanning the photos made the pics come alive and they were all sent back in their proper bags and in the order of scanning. We found some very old negatives mixed with our pictures. Some negatives were in strips and some were single negatives. We weren't sure what they were. Some of these negatives were more than 50 years old. We were very happy with the results and they were returned safely to us. Now were are contemplating sending zone old slides and having them put onto DVD's. We are happy customers.
