My wife and I had over 1100 slides of over 45 years of marriage and 7 children scanned in to JPG files. The quality and service were excellent. I even received calls from DigMyPics to suggest enhancements to some of my slides. I would recommend them to any one who would like to perserve their family history. Bob Gorman

The results in saving a lifetime of family history on DVD was everything I hoped it would be, but my most positive praise is for the absolutely top employees in customer service. They answered my questions promptly with utmost patience and courtesy and translated my detailed instructions with complete accuracy. It was a pleasure to have the phone answered by a helpful human, a rare event these days. They deserve the credit for my decision to send another large order early in 2005. My experience was better than a "5-good". I was pleasantly surprised that the underexposed slides which I included for their sentimental value showed very well indeed on the computer. I have truly appreciated your assistance with this project. These Christmas gifts from my sister and myself to my 2 children went into the mail this morning. Have a great holiday. Simply look at their web site and you see that these folks know what they are doing. That is why I selected them and the results for my order confirmed my initial impresssion. They do great work. They do it promptly and consult with you on minor but still important details. In addition they responded promptly to all of my questions even after I had paid them for the order. I am working on a project for my daughter's 30th birthday which necessitated going from slides to prints. I was getting frustrated scanning my own slides so I searched the web. I found you from a link in the one of the reputable photography websites. I know from taking two Photoshop classes that the optimal dpi for slides is 2000 and my instructor told me the best scanner is the Nikon Super Coolscan. When I learned that you did both, I was ecstatic. I have received my DVD's, have made some prints for my project, and they are as good as some of my digital pictures!! Thank you for your attention to details e.g., returning my slides in the same order I sent them which made it easy to refile them and calling me to get my permission to remove a fingerprint. This showed me that you handle precious pictures with the same care that I would. I'm in the middle of sending in my next order and I've already referred you and will continue to do so in the future.

I had a request to add my medium print format negatives onto DVDs and my comments are twofold. First, I was very pleased with the quality of work that digmypics has done with my prints. I had a bunch of slides, mostly about 60 years old. The folks at DigMyPics were just wonderful every step of the way. They answered all my questions, offered great advice, and kept me advised on the status of my project. They took great care of me and my slides and I would highly recommend them to anyone. it's just so unusual these days to do business with a company that's so on top of things and seems to really care about their customers and their memories. I received the pictures and new CD that you sent and am delighted with them! I had certainly intended to pay for the extra slide of my mother as having to correct the ones that needed changing and then the postage and cost of the new CD was expensive for you and so I was surprised to find my check for $1.39 returned. The quality of your work, your promptness in returning the pictures to me and your personal interest is highly unusual in this day and age and I have found it rather overwhelming. Priscilla, I just wanted to let you know how pleased my family and I were with the project you completed for us (Kennedy Space Center). Everything is organized when it is returned. I LOVE it! What have I done 5 - 6 orders with you guys? Everything has been wonderful. I just can't tell you how much this has helped me with my organization of family history. I keep an envelope out on my desk at home and when I run across a picture or a bunch of negatives I just slip them into it. Then when I get enough I send off another order. I could be doing this for YEARS!!!!
