Can't think of a way to improve the transaction with digmypics. The product is first rate and at a price that beats anything on-line. Speed of response wasn't like lightening but at those prices for their quality work, I'm not surprised.They processed over 2000 slides for us. And helpful? Must have exchanged 20 emails on the subjects of format, playback devices, how to pick from the many options. And done with grace, patience, good humor---clearly trying to help and suceeding.

Hello, I had DigMyPics scan to discs my old Medium Format film dating back to the 1915 era. I received CD and DVD discs with my old photos. The images turned out great and also print fine so I make enlarged hard copies. I was a little nervous about sending such old valuable irreplaceable photos, but DigMyPics handled and returned everything in excellent shape. I will be using them again and can highly recommend them.

I received them, and they were great! I especially appreciated how you handled the photos glued into the album. I'll be sending you an order of several thousand photos sometime between now and Christmas. I know there are cheaper scanning services, but I've never seen one that can match you on service and quality! Thanks!

Dear DMP, I wish to praise your organization for your professionalism. You processed about 1800 of my old 35mm slides and produced the related digital images on CDs in record time, and with zero fuss. The resolution of your product CDs was excellent and with computer editing I am now able to improve my "layman" quality photgraphs and organize them to my hearts content. In addition, the CD copies of the basic CD product that you made for me make great presents to folks with personal interest in most of the pictures on the CDs. They can select from the total collection of images, and subsequently edit and prepare their own tailored version of a scrapbook. In my first order to DigMyPics, I did not entrust them with all of my old slides, some of which are VERY old, and faded, but precious to me nevertheless. The results were beautiful. The service was great too, as they kept me constantly informed, by email, of the status of my order. I will now definitely send all of my remaining slides to them.

I just got back my photos you scanned, and they're great! I had found cheaper scanning services on the web, but I went with you because it looked like you would be higher quality. I certainly wasn't disappointed! Your color correction, cropping, and rotations all look perfect, and your big HTML files of thumbnails and links are very useful. And I loved the printed thumbnail book. My brother tried a cheaper service, and had terrible color correction. I'm VERY happy I found you. I've talked my father into sending you all his photos (several thousand). He'll be sending them soon. I'm also telling everyone at work about you. Please keep up the great work!

I simply wanted to commend DigMyPics for the terrific service and the wonderful job they did in scanning many of my older slides. The quality is superb.
