Just a note to let you know what a great job you did with archiving our family photos. In some cases, the photographs were more than 100 years old - in all cases they were more than 50 years old. Your team did a wonderful job of standardizing family treasures that ranged in size from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10", and transferring them to permanent, usable, media. We look forward to putting together family tree albums and DVDs that everyone can enjoy.

I received the dvds, cd, and thumbnail books. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You did a terrific job, and even kept the slides in order. It means so much to have the pictures in a format that will last forever and be able to be seen so easily and to be shared so easily with other family members -- and there are lots of them. Thanks so much to the team at DigMyPics. I entrusted over 700 old family photos to the company and was pleased with the exceptional speed and professionalism with which my order was completed. (Also I didn't make this easy as a lot of the pictures were oddly shaped.) This experience has allowed me to share long forgotten photos with family members across the country. I had many questions. One by phone before sending order and several via e-mail. Your associates were beyond great in their response. I really did not know what I needed to get this slides developed and their answers were helpful. The care in which my slides were handled when they arrived at your facility and the care taken upon their return was efficient and caring. I will be sendind some other slides for development and will tell everyone interested in development to use your business. Thank you. These pics contain some of our loved ones who passed away and will make our Christmas much brighter. You deserve a 10!

Many of our family photos were put on slides and kept in boxes not to be shared. After the deaths of our parents we were at a loss as to how to share them. Thanks to Digmypics we now have all of them on DVD and CD's to share with one another. The clarity of these 30 year old slides is astonishing! The turn-around time was very fast and all of our originals safely returned in mint condition too. I had checked with other establishments that said they could copy them to CD's but even at a higher cost I would not have been able to print or e-mail them to others....just look at them on a CD. Our son, a photographer and graduate of Brooks Institute is the one guided me to use Digmypics. He is greatly impressed with their program and also highly recommends their services. We are very happy customers!

I had over 1500 slides and the eta to be done was November 16th and they were done ready for my review 11/3. The pictures turned out wonderful, better than i would have thought. Some of the slides were from the early 50's. This is a gift for my mother for x-mass, I know she will cherish this forever. Some of the pictures i have never seen. The customer service was great, they kept in touch with me on a daily. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone.

I can't say enough about your service. You answered all my question, responded within hours to them, and let me know when the slides arrived. This service is not available in such an easy way where I live. Thank you. My only negative comment is that you need to correct the spelling of "testimonial" - you have 3 ways of spelling it. I recently sent 80 very old slides of our family to be put on a CD. Every part of the process was very satisfactory including the clear directions and attention to tracking the order. My order arrived yesterday (2 days earlier than expected) and it is everything I hoped it would be. Your team followed my directions to a "T" and the quality of the images is great. (After I sent you the prints, I located a couple more, and took those to a Kodak Picture Maker machine--those images can't hold a candle to the ones I just got back from you in terms of color and clarity--and what a pain it was to stand there and scan them one by one) Thanks for keeping me informed of the status of the order as it progressed--you made it easy to trust the slightly-scary process of sending our family's memories away to total strangers! When my dad gets around to sending me his trays of slides, I'm sure I'll be sending them to you for conversion as well.

The speed with which you processed my orders (and I had you scan several hundred slides) and the quality of both the product and your customer service is incomparable. I had some slides scanned by a different firm and was very unhappy with the results and with their customer service. I'm glad I chose DigMyPics to do my photos. I'm now preparing to have you scan all my old print photos that I've had in photo albums since the early 1960s. Digital is the ONLY way to go! My experience with you is a perfect 10.
