I submitted 84 old slides to DigMyPics and I was very impressed with the outcome. My slides were taken during the period of 1961 thru 1984 and were very precious to me. From day one DigMyPics kept me informed regarding the status of my request. The result was excellent. I really enjoy them a lot more now that I can load them on the computer and show them as a slide show.

Sent in 1400 slides to be digitalized. Promptly notified as to their arrival and estimated time of processing. Done when they said they would be done (actually a little earlier) and given full information as to shipping final product. Digital photos returned were impressive considering condition of old slides I sent them: color good, lightened or darkened as appropriate, and grouped together in 12 files exactly as I had specified. The product was easy to transfer to my computer and to make copies of files on CDs. Happy to recommend "Dig My Pics." Harve Rawson

I've placed three orders with DigMyPics, and am very pleased. Online ordering is easy, and emails and phone calls are answered by knowledgeable, helpful people. DVD archiving of cherished photos is first rate, and the slideshow (image quality, transition, music) is superb. On my first slideshow order, some images were out of sequence, and DigMyPics re-did everything at no charge. In a world of corner cutting, auto-response and recordings offering a menu of options, this company stands apart.

I've placed several orders and was pleased with each one. I've recommended this company to several friends. When you live with the threat of evacuating due to a hurricane, several years of photo albums are difficult to bring with you but too precious to leave behind. Preserving your pictures on discs is the perfect alternative. I'm sure I will be placing more orders in the future.

I sent my daughter's engagement picture negatives to be scanned. I was thrilled with the service and results. Since there is always a little concern about losing things or having things damaged, I was very happy to be contacted throughtout the process. I got an e-mail confirming you receipt of the negatives, a call from you to recommend the best resolution for the negatives (BTW, a lower resolution than I had ordered - excellent results), an e-mail with a sample scan so I could see the reason for the recommendation, an e-mail informing me of the completion of my order and finally and e-mail confirming the shipment of my order back to me. I was expecting good service, but what I got was OUTSTANDING service. I'd give it a 10 on your 1 - 5 scale. Many thanks. I'm looking forward to having you do the wedding negatives! Regards, John

We had a box of nearly 1800 feet of Super 8 film of the kids and our early married life that had been laying around nearly forgotten for years. Some of it was as old as 44 years. Our projector had long since went belly up and became obsolete. We couldn't even remember what was on the film, so finally we decided to have it digitized before it faded away to nothing. So after a week or so of research and reading, I decided on DigMyPics.com. To make a rather long story short, I can say we are absolutely delighted with the results. We had our film scanned into mpeg format and I am presently editing it and will burn it to DVD. You guys took some marginal film and did an outstanding job with it ! Your company even took the small 25' reels and put them on large reels. What a professional job. Each time I spoke with your personnel, I was impressed with their knowledgable, straight forward answers. I am recommending DigMyPics to my friends and anyone who demands quality. Thanks again ! My photo DVD came out wonderful. I had no idea what to expect and was so happy when I watched the music photo DVD show. All the instructions I submitted were followed exactly and the music I sent was used as instructed. Every person I spoke with was helpful and very professional. The results were great, Many of the slides,I have had for years , and it was great playing the CD as a slide show on my large flat screen T.V. It was so much easier than setting up my old slide projector,the colors looked great.the family love seeing many of the slides of past vacations again,, your prices was very reasonable and the service prompt. thank you again, Robert from Brooklyn

Recently dig my pic processed some 250 b & w photos of many sizes, done at 600 dpi, some dating back to 1900, and abt 1650 35 mm slides done at 2000 dpi. The processing was excellent. This required 2 DVD videos.each with 4 chapter points, and am totally pleased. Archive discs in TIFF as opposed to JPG seemed to be the best choice. Also pleased with the book of thumbnail pictures. It makes a perfect index.
