Wow! We were so pleased not only with the end product but the entire process. The folks at DigMyPics were good about keeping in touch and discussing features and pricing. They beat their estimated project turnaround time. The quality of our Family Slide show with slides from 1943 through 1981 was great. DigMyPics exceeded our expectations and we are recommending them to all our friends and family.

It brought back family from long ago. The quality was really great, fast, and informed as to the progress. I know that for generations to come the family will enjoy the pictures in a slide show form for the computer. I was extremely pleased with my whole experience with DigMyPics starting right from the beginning with the informative, easy to understand web site. I could not believe the improvement in quality in the images from the slides, some of which were 34 years old. I ordered copies of the discs for each of my children. I had more than 250 color slides that were taken during trips to Scandinavia and California which I hadn't looked at it in at least 15 years because I no longer own a slide projector. DigMyPics! did a first-rate job of converting them to high-quality digital pictures and placing them onto a high-resolution DVD. The company's Website was very informative and easy to navigate, the packing and shipping process was straightforward, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the end results were excellent. DigMyPics! kept me informed of the status of my order every step of the way, too, which I found most reassuring. The ability to once again enjoy my long-forgotten vacation pictures and to share them with friends and family was well worth the expense (about $230)! Overall, this was a very positive experience.

I submitted 84 old slides to DigMyPics and I was very impressed with the outcome. My slides were taken during the period of 1961 thru 1984 and were very precious to me. From day one DigMyPics kept me informed regarding the status of my request. The result was excellent. I really enjoy them a lot more now that I can load them on the computer and show them as a slide show.

Sent in 1400 slides to be digitalized. Promptly notified as to their arrival and estimated time of processing. Done when they said they would be done (actually a little earlier) and given full information as to shipping final product. Digital photos returned were impressive considering condition of old slides I sent them: color good, lightened or darkened as appropriate, and grouped together in 12 files exactly as I had specified. I've placed three orders with DigMyPics, and am very pleased. Online ordering is easy, and emails and phone calls are answered by knowledgeable, helpful people. DVD archiving of cherished photos is first rate, and the slideshow (image quality, transition, music) is superb. On my first slideshow order, some images were out of sequence, and DigMyPics re-did everything at no charge. In a world of corner cutting, auto-response and recordings offering a menu of options, this company stands apart.
