I had great trepidation as I mailed out my 5-decade-old family photos to Dig My Pics, but all of my worries were for naught! The service I received was exceptional and the continual up-dates as to the progress of my project allayed all my fears. Replies to my questions were answered promptly, often the same day. My mom used slides for years and when she came to live with us after my dad died so did the many trays of slides. This winter I pulled out the boxes and went through all of the slides and picked out ones that would tell the family story from mom's point of view. After searching on the web for someone to transfer them to DVD I came across this site. I read over and over again testimonials that were so happy with what they received so I too sent my precious slides to digmypics. The dvds arrived today and I too am more than happy with what I received. I ordered copies for my girls and my brother and tonight I watched them (again) with one of my daughters. It was a surprise gift to her and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I am so pleased with how they look, with the choice of music, with the printed book and with having the ability to make prints. Thank you so much, I only wish I had been able to do this before my mom died.

I received my cd's today with the digital files of my slides and I am very pleased with them. The slides were very old but the high resolution has made it very easy for me to work with them in my photo editing software and will allow me to print large, high quality photos. Thank you for your service. I will be sending more slides in the future.

I sent your company 150 35mm slides of extremely poor quality. What I got back was the happiest surprise of my Christmas 2006. The slides were transferred to DVD format in a hundred times better shape than they were sent. They were arranged in a logical and thoughtful manner. The soundtrack was superb. My entire family (who received copies) could not have been more touched. My mother was able to look back on family and friends from fifty years ago, from images that she thought to be gone forever. I sincerely wish to thank all the members of your staff for an outstanding job and shall happily use your services again and will recommend you highly to all. I've known for a long time that I had to do something with my slides. I couldn't enjoy them as often as I would have liked to, I couldn't share them with family that lived in distant cities, and I couldn't stop the inevitable deterioration of them so I went online & found digmypics.com and am so glad that I did. Not only was the website one of the best I've seen in 14 yrs. of being online but their customer service and interaction with their customers was far beyond any I had ever experienced. My beautiful slides are now on my computer in digitized form and I am now working on creating a personalized DVD for each member of my family to enjoy these 'slides'. We just received the dvds from the 1600 slides we sent dating back 35-50 years. My sister and I cried when we saw the end product. Absolutely fabulous journey through our childhood travels. We can hardly wait until our mom and other sister open their presents and see the dvd. Our slides were a disorganized mess that no one could enjoy, and now we can watch them anytime by pushing a button. And, we can print pictures of any of them. This was the best money we ever spent. My wife and I decided to give copies of our 35 mm slides to our two children for Christmas, something I wish that my father had done for me. We shipped off about 1800 slides around Thanksgiving hoping that we would receive the files back in time to burn DVD's as Christmas presents. They arrived with a week to spare and we were elated with the quality of both the digital scans and the customer service. I was contacted several times with suggestions about how to improve the end product (for example, higher dpi for a few 110 slides). I was kept informed of the progress of the work and assured that it would be completed in time for Christmas. The DVD's were organized in a manner that made my sorting and re-burning fairly straightforward. All of the scans were oriented correctly both vertically and left-right. Thanks so much for this work. I sent more than 1,800 slides, representing 50 years of memories for my family. Needless to say, I was very nervous about sending such priceless memories in to a company to be scanned. DigMyPics kept me updated every step of the way -- letting me know they arrived safely, when the scanning was done, when they were shipped back. I now have a wonderful digital archive of my slides, as well as a DVD set to music. I can't wait to see the reactions of my mother and siblings on Christmas morning when they open such a special gift!
