My slides look great. My siblings and mother so very much appreciated seeing our family history. We each liked different ones and had different views and memories. You were wonderful to deal with-fast,kept me up to date on my order and did everything you said you would. When I had questions with the many choices you answered me clearly. I thought I had lost these pictures for good and when I found the slides in the back of my mothers closet, I couldn't believe it but wasn't sure they would turn out. Some were 40 yrs old. Mom died and I was just cleaning out her stuff when I found them. Many thanks to you and the staff for allowing me to view and have old memories.

After reading about DigMyPics in a few magazines and doing some research, I decided to send a small batch of family photos to see how the process worked. Needless to say, I was very cautious, as I live in Hong Kong, and sending these “priceless” photos to strangers is something that must be carefully considered. I have now sent several thousand photos to DigMyPics, and my parents are in the process of doing the same with some of our long lost photos. I had some 40 yr old B&W negs and 40 yr old slides scanned. The results were very good. Dig my pics service is excellent. Their set up is very professional and user freindly. I had no problem sending the order in or getting the finished goods back. The email acknowledgment of receipt by Dig my pics and the advice of return shipping and USPS tracking number is very reasuring. I definitely plan to use this service again. I had high expectations - they were met.

From my jungle of old slides this company did a superb job. Luckily, I was able to visit AZ and drop my project off in person, and receive technical advice. The advice was always couched in terms of my best interests, and there was never a hint of profit motivation. During the project they kept me informed and allowed me to participate in correcting slides out of order. Very professional from the point of my visit, through email discussions, to receipt of my completed project. And best of all, the products are completely understandable to me (computer challenged).

I purchased an expensive slide scanner and was not really impressed with that it took to scan my collection of historic trolley slides. The time that I had to wait, and then I wasn't getting very good results. A professional photographer friend of mine recommended digmypics.com and I havent put a slide in my scanner since. The quality of the scans is amazing and I will continue to use the service for all my scanning needs.

The professionalism demonstrated by DigMyPics with their product, timeliness and dedication to customer service is uncommon and very welcome. In my large family I was the one responsible for having my parent’s 35mm slide collection of 4500 pictures, spanning 60 years archived. Forty slide carousels were boxed and shipped as suggested by DigMyPics informative website. Each slide was scanned in order and returned to the slide carousel trays in exactly the same order. The tracking controls displayed and communicated by DigMyPics set the par. Copies of the archived disks were sent to my relatives at six different addresses, individual tracking numbers were provided by email before shipment. My brother’s, sisters, aunt’s and uncles, nieces and nephews are very happy. DigMyPics exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend DigMyPics, without reservation.

At first I thought digmypics.com was too good to be true, but I was wrong. I sent a small batch of my dad's slides as a test.They are very special and irreplaceable to our family. The DVD arrived today, and we are delighted! The baby boy in the slides is now 49, and the color and definition seem better than those slides ever were. You did an excellent job of working with some 30 and 40 year old slides of dubious degrees of fading, and the piano music you provided was perfect. It sure was nice to see myself as I looked in a bathing suit then, now that I'm 81! You did make us cry!

As a part of our 5th grade yearbook, we collect pictures of the 5th graders from their previous elementary years for various collages, and from their first year of life for a "Graduate Guess Who" collage. Since we are designing our yearbook digitally this year, we needed to scan all of these photos so we could get them into our yearbook program. I was extremely nervous about sending other people's precious pictures, but couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend DigMyPics to anyone designing a yearbook! If you have old slides that are treasures for you and your family get them put on a DVD. This company has the most magnificent service I have run into. No longer are my slides sitting in the corner of a shelf gathering more dust and it will take less time for them to put them onto a DVD then it will for you to sort them. Now they can be sent to other family members from the DVD or enlarged for framing. DON'T WAIT another day.

Firstly, I don't want to understate anything I have to say about my experience with DigMyPics. It was, in their hands, that I entrusted 40 years of memories (slides) to which they did not disappoint. The total process, from door to door, was 21 days....not business days; calendar days! They were very accessible, too. DigMyPics emailed when: my photos arrived there, when they had a question for me, to reply to my emailed question, when the project was completed and then when my photos were shipped. I always felt confident with choosing them and never stressed myself worrying about my slides. The finished product was perfect. Very clear, cropped, full of color organized perfectly. I viewed them on my TV which was fantastic. As for my experience with DigMyPics, it was flawless and stress-free and I highly recommend these folks!
