I just want to email to let you know that I received my package today with my scanned pictures and I am just thrilled! They all look fantastic! The order was processed so quickly and I always felt like I could email you with questions and be able to get a quick response! These pictures are going into a memory book for my sisters wedding shower and I can't wait to see her reaction! I'll definitely be recommending your service to all of my friends and family! DigMyPics.com has responded to my every request with very friendly and efficient service. The images that they transferred from my old slides to a compact disk were so superior to their earlier status, that my family and I looked upon them with wonder, as though we were looking at them for the first time--in real time!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work you did on these old slides. The constant communication was comforting as I was a bit nervous about sending these away to be worked on. I appreciate the care that was taken when you had to take the slides apart to remount the negatives onto the paper slides. None of the original mounts were damaged and I was able to put the negatives back in them. The finished photos that I had printed from the cd's look fabulous. I would definitely use your service again. Thanks.

My order involved scanning over 500 35mm slides.While they were all high quality photos, they were taken over a period of over 60 years,with at least three differant cameras and several differant films. The first scan, as posted on the DigMyPics website, was disappointing. Many of the pictures had poor color balance and/or were much too dark. I telephoned my sad story to DigMyPics and got "Priscilla" on the line. Instead of a big argument over my complaint, Priscilla agreed with me and proceeded to review and expertly tone-up each photo. The DVD i received today with pictures of my Mom was just wonderful!! It made me cry, with happy tears. You did such a great job and so quickly. Thank you for staying in touch with me through out the whole process. I had this made to give to my Mom for Mother's Day and I know she is going to love it. I have just viewed my digitized photos online. I couldn't wait to see them in my hands.They are wonderful!! I had over 300 photos that I wanted to stay in a certain order and you did it! I was a nervous wreck sending all of my families old treasured slides several states away...but I was more than pleasantly surprised. I've used Dig-my-Pics 3 times now and I've been totally happy with the results every time. First I did 2,000 slides to .tiff on dvd, then 900 slides to .jpg for my mother and finally I had them copy the original stuff again in case I ever damaged them. Service is excellent and they're very concerned with customer satisfaction. I hope they stick around for a long time! Thanks, Nancy
