DigMyPics has an "A" plus plus in my book!!! They did a WONDERFUL job on scanning my family's slides into a DVD!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs their services! They are top notch! THANK YOU for making my family's memories to be captured in today's technology so they will last for many more years! I will be definetly using you again, just as soon as I get all more pics together!

I needed 20 slides scanned for a project I am working on and DigMyPics exceeded my expectations. I actually have a high resolution scanner but haven't used it in quite a while because it is a pain (I often spend hours cleaning slides then removing artifacts from the scanned image). It was well worth the money to have it done for me.

I had a CD made from rather old slides. The photo's came out very dark, and I was upset. However, Emily, who is experienced with scanning personally redid my order. Although some of the pictures are still on the dark side, I feel assured that the company did the best that they could given the condition of the slides. I plan to use them again.

I was truly thrilled with the way my program came out. The service level that I received before I actually sent my slides in convinced me that these people know what their doing. I had dozens of questions and even received answers on Sundays. These people worked with me every step of the process and the finished product reflects their expertise and caring attitude. I'm extremely proud to show my DVD to family and friends. I have recommended them to others already.

After viewing my photos on line I noticed finger prints & dust in the pics. I contacted Lucy at digmypics, and she explained the process that they use for cleaning. Even though the problem was not their fault she worked with me to correct the photos in question, and had them up on line the same day. She also is sending me a new cd with the corrections. You never know how good a company is until something goes wrong. Digmypics shows me they really care, and I will be using them for all my slide transfers in the future.

Dear Everyone at Dig My Pics, I want to thank you for an excellent job!! My Mom is a "difficult" person to please and she is thrilled with what you have done with the slides I sent you. She was so worried about them being kept in order and returned in their "ancient" containers and even though you gave me better recommendations, you did as she had requested of me. The Dvd is awesome and all of the pictures you created from the slides are great!! I have already recommended you to an attorney friend looking to have copies made of some of her family movies and photography. Imagine packing up 40 hours worth of irreplaceable video taken on our 3 year sail throughout the South Pacific, and sending it off to perfect strangers who know nothing of it's priceless value to us. I need not have worried! If there is a more professional group on this planet, I haven't found it! From their easy to navigate web site, to their excellent personal communication (no detail is too small to escape their attention), to the quality and packaging of the finished product, DigMyPics is an A-1 service. I'm thrilled with the results, and unhesitatingly recommend them!

I just got my slides back and I wanted to let you know that you guys did a great job. There are pictures of my parent's wedding I have never been able to see. The pictures look really good on the digital picture frames we gave everyone for Christmas. Thank you for preserving our memories. Perry Robertson

You probably will not want this testimonial statement on your web site, but I was very disappointed. I sent slides to be put on a CD to view on my computer but I was expecting to be able to print off 4 by 6 photos from it. I can't even view a slide show with the full screen. I can view a better slide show from your web site. All I received is thumbnail pictures of the slides. I admit they are preserved but for my $50. I expected to be able to print them. I feel I was ripped off!!!

We plan to create DVDs of our children from slides, and we tried out your service with some vacation photos. You did a marvelous job of transforming really old slides into bright, clear photos. We will be sending you the other slides as soon as we get them sorted. We would recommend you to anyone who wanted digital photos.
