I was extremely pleased with the overall experience with my first project that I sent to be scanned. I spent a lot of time reading about the service on the web site and followed the instructions on the best way to organize my project. I never felt uncomfortable about sending off my pictures, about 850 of them. After I sent them off, they were tracked and I received a notice when they were received by the company. I received emails as to the status of the project and while it does take some time to get the project done, it is well worth the wait. When the pictures, were done, I was able to view them online and delete any pictures that I did not want. By the next day, the pictures and my DVD was on the way back to me. I received them today and was pleased to find that the pictures were carefully packaged the same way and in the same order as I sent then making it easy for me to put them back into the various albums that they came from. I am looking forward to sending off the next project to Digmypics.com. Thank you!

This is my 3rd year having some of our old family slides converted to CD as a Christmas present for my siblings. The service is fast and easy. The staff is always very accommodating with any changes to my order. We love reminiscing over our old pictures and knowing they are preserved for our children and grandchildren. We sent 50 year old 8mm film to be made into DVD. The film contained pictures of my husband's Grandfather on his 100th birthday. My husband is now 72yrs, and was going to see relatives in Minn. & wanted to take the DVD with him. You let us know by e-mail & phone how things were going and as we had waited till the eleventh hour to send the film you called to say that it would reach us the day he was leaving. Imagine our suprise when we recieved this special DVD by express mail the day BEFORE he was to leave. I can't tell you how much this touched us. I used your service two years ago to convert 1,000 slides into digital images, and this year I sent you 69 reels of 8 mm film. Both times the order was finished earlier than you said, and the quality was excellent. It is nerve wracking mailing these things across the country and I was tempted to use a local service, but your service and price are so great I keep coming back. Thanks.

Thanks DigMyPics for the excellent job you did for me. I was a little bit nervous about handing over my earliest family pictures to you to digitalize. But you were fast, efficient, kept me informed every step of the way, and are totally reasonable in price. I found the services through Internet search. They are the least cost of the web sites that I found. Their service was very prompt and courteous. They replied to every query promptly & satisfactorily. Results are beyond my expectation. For a lot of over 20 year old slides the pictures obtained are excellent. There was no attempt at all to suggest additional work with the lure of getting "better" results. I appreciate the integrity. Based on my experience I can recommend their services without any hesitation

My experience with your firm has been entirely positive except for one area that you can easily correct. I will definitely be back with more business. Being somewhat tech savvy, I asked one of your representatives on the phone about whether a DVD would work on my 6-7 year old desktop with CD drive because I was concerned about the DVD format. I was sure she told me it would work. I don't remember her name and it's possible there may have been misunderstanding on either or both sides. However, I was disappointed when my order arrived and the DVD did not work even after downloading your conversion software. So, I called your number again and was told I needed a DVD drive. $80 later everything turned out fine. It would be very simple to make the DVD/CD drive distinction clear on your website and instruct your reps to make that clear to potential customers.

I received the two orders I just had done and am absolutely delighted. I've given your name to other parents who want to pass on their family photos to all the kids without worrying about who gets what. They are beautifully done and exceeded my expectations. You even enhanced some that I thought couldn't be restored. Thank you so much.
