Dear Everyone at Dig My Pics, I want to thank you for an excellent job!! My Mom is a "difficult" person to please and she is thrilled with what you have done with the slides I sent you. She was so worried about them being kept in order and returned in their "ancient" containers and even though you gave me better recommendations, you did as she had requested of me. The Dvd is awesome and all of the pictures you created from the slides are great!! I have already recommended you to an attorney friend looking to have copies made of some of her family movies and photography. Again, I don't think I was your easiest project (with Mom being so picky about things) and you took it all in stride and provided us with a fantastic end product. Sincerely, Suzanne Murphy p.s. Imagine packing up 40 hours worth of irreplaceable video taken on our 3 year sail throughout the South Pacific, and sending it off to perfect strangers who know nothing of it's priceless value to us. I just got my slides back and I wanted to let you know that you guys did a great job. There are pictures of my parent's wedding I have never been able to see. The pictures look really good on the digital picture frames we gave everyone for Christmas. Thank you for preserving our memories. Perry Robertson

You probably will not want this testimonial statement on your web site, but I was very disappointed. I sent slides to be put on a CD to view on my computer but I was expecting to be able to print off 4 by 6 photos from it. I can't even view a slide show with the full screen. I can view a better slide show from your web site. All I received is thumbnail pictures of the slides. I admit they are preserved but for my $50. I expected to be able to print them. I feel I was ripped off!!!

We plan to create DVDs of our children from slides, and we tried out your service with some vacation photos. You did a marvelous job of transforming really old slides into bright, clear photos. We will be sending you the other slides as soon as we get them sorted. We would recommend you to anyone who wanted digital photos.

I started emailing the company about 6 months ago to get answers to questions. The staff was always very professional and timely in their responses. We finally got our order put together and sent in. I was impressed with the ease of the order process, you knew approximately what the cost was even before you finished the order process. It was nice to receive an email letting me know that the package had arrived. I sent an email a couple of weeks into the process and asked about my order status and was told where it stood. I received another email when the project was done and would be shipped. I received the package and looked at the DVD's. There was a problem with one set of them, I emailed Annette that evening and had a response within 30 minutes or so. The problem was taken care of immediately and replacements were sent by next day air the following day! The quality was more than I expected, the colors are amazing for film that was over 50 years old. I am very impressed with the quality of the job done by all involved.

I am so impressed with your service. Our story of the 50's and 60"s was all in our slides unable to get out. With tears of joy, we watched the pictures of our small children with our now grown children on Christmas Eve. Thank you. I am now going to do the same with a lot of prints. You have given me a Christmas that I will long remember. Your emails arrived today stating that my order had been shipped and that I could now view the scans on your site. I logged on and started to look throught the some of the 604 old negatives that you have brought back to life. Most have not seen the light of day for over 5 decades and some were over 70 years old. There were my Dad and my sister Joan and favorite Aunt Louise all who had passed away this last year. My Mom died Christmas Day 1999 and there were pictures of her in her teens in the early 1930's. Truly an amazing collection of all the events and important people of my life. Most of the pictures I had never even seen. Memories that would have been lost forever had you not started your wonderful company. Thanks you for this great service and for all the helpful folks who processed my order with such great care and kept me informed every step along the way. My father passed away very unexpectedly two months ago and we found some old 8mm films in a box. We had no idea what was on them. When we received them we saw pictures of my dad, his sister, parents and grandparents from 1930's with the model T's, kodachrome color and so many memories. I wish my dad was alive to see these family pictures as they meant so much. We had the company make copies of the DVD and have sent them to family members that would remember their loved ones. Don't wait- get them done now so that the people in the films will have a chance to enjoy them. I wish my dad could have but we have the joy of seeing a little piece of his childhood. Thanks for taking care of my order so quickly and efficiently. The photos turned out great, and the contact sheets and storage boxes are a great help, especially when trying to quickly locate a particular shot. I’m very pleased with my order! These photos have historical value as well and will be used as a display in our Natural History Museum and Herbarium as a record of the environmental and vegetational changes in the state of Louisiana over the years.
