Our first small order (129 slides) turned out very well and were returned in a nice CD and case. We're happy with the end results. This will be a great birthday gift for our son - showing our favorite photos of him through the years from baby to his late 20's. This was so successful that tomorrow we're sending a larger order - 1250 slides covering 43 years of family life - with CD copies to be made for each of our six children!

When I came across DigMyPics on the internet, I was pleased to know such a service existed. Over the years I have used several types of film including 110, APS and 35mm, recently converting to digital. I wanted a quick and inexpensive way to convert all my negatives to digital images for my family. I sent my 110 film off to a competitor and my APS cannisters to DigMyPics. Exactly 2 weeks from the time I mailed my film, I had IN MY HANDS close to 2500 images scanned to DVD from DigMyPics. I still don't have my 250 images back from the competitor after a month...they are somewhere in India. And...I've printed images from my DVD. The quality is picture perfect!

I recently submitted about 550 slides taken between 1950 and 1995 to digmypics for transfer to jpeg. The company was professional and prompt, before and during their work. All of my slides were digitalized, including a large number of Kodachrome & Ektachrome slides, and returned in an orderly fashion with a finder thumbnail book. Many of the images were significantly improved during digitalization. I will use this company's services again.

DigMyPics has an "A" plus plus in my book!!! They did a WONDERFUL job on scanning my family's slides into a DVD!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs their services! They are top notch! THANK YOU for making my family's memories to be captured in today's technology so they will last for many more years! I needed 20 slides scanned for a project I am working on and DigMyPics exceeded my expectations. I actually have a high resolution scanner but haven't used it in quite a while because it is a pain (I often spend hours cleaning slides then removing artifacts from the scanned image). It was well worth the money to have it done for me.

I had a CD made from rather old slides. The photo's came out very dark, and I was upset. However, Emily, who is experienced with scanning personally redid my order. Although some of the pictures are still on the dark side, I feel assured that the company did the best that they could given the condition of the slides. I plan to use them again.

I was truly thrilled with the way my program came out. The service level that I received before I actually sent my slides in convinced me that these people know what their doing. I had dozens of questions and even received answers on Sundays. These people worked with me every step of the process and the finished product reflects their expertise and caring attitude. I'm extremely proud to show my DVD to family and friends. I have recommended them to others already.

After viewing my photos on line I noticed finger prints & dust in the pics. I contacted Lucy at digmypics, and she explained the process that they use for cleaning. Even though the problem was not their fault she worked with me to correct the photos in question, and had them up on line the same day. She also is sending me a new cd with the corrections. You never know how good a company is until something goes wrong. Digmypics shows me they really care, and I will be using them for all my slide transfers in the future.
