The best surprise about DigMyPics was the frequency and quality of communication. I had a few questions and changes along the way, and DigMyPics was always responsive, constructive, and smart. My questions were answered promptly by a real live human. The whole experience was a real pleasure. DigMyPics is a smart company doing great work.

WOW, what a beautiful transition from these old slides from the early 1970's Your company does it ALL!!!! They came to me on your disc ,like I took them yesterday. (38years ago) Also, turn-a round time was wounderful. Your constant E- Mail messages about my order, make me feel like I'am special, THX'S

When I decided to convert old slides to Video, I went to the internet and found several companies that could do this. DigMyPics stood out as the most capable. I spent alot of time reading through their web page as to how to proceed with the project. I then called DigMyPics and on the first ring got a human (not a phone tree) that answered all my questions. After several weeks I received the video's and was extremely happy with the picture quality and music that was applied. I sent 1300 slides which were put on two DVD's with chapter points for easier navigation. Initially there were two minor glitches with a chapter heading and a search arrow. I immediatelly called and they apoligized, made the corrections and received new video's in less than a week. At some point down the road with my next picture project I will definetly call on DigMyPics and also recommend them to others.

Hi Digmypics...Thanks to you, I was able to complete a digital memory book for my parents for Christmas within weeks! You made this so easy for me, as these memories were previously stored in a large laundry basket. Now, I have the DVD you created, which is organized and sorted perfectly, as well as the very special gift I was able to give to my parents that highlights the last 30 years of their lives together. Thank for you helping make this special present happen!

I Cannot say enough about the excellent service & expertise that I received on this project!! I sent 106 slides from the 1950's thru 1960's. All turned out great. Wonderful memories that will be shared at a surprise 70th birthday party. I sent these in before 12-22-08 Christmas knowing that they were really busy but received everything back 1-8-09 plenty of time for me to get a scrap book done for the birthday on the 31st. This is a project that I have been planning to do for years so now I have started with more slides to send soon. If you haven't done this I strongly suggest to get it done ASAP. Now I can get rid of the slide projector stuff. Much better to see these pics on the DVD TV screen. Priceless!! So stop putting off this project send them your stuff now you will be glad you did!!

I am so happy and amazed at the results of my slides to digital conversion. The quality is excellent, my slides are 40 years old and they look like they were taken yesterday. Your staff did a wonderful job and can be so trusted with anyones precious memories. If anyone is looking into this website for their digital needs, you must stop looking and use DigMyPics. It is worth it!

In a world where we are all used to automated responses generated by a computer.....HOW NICE is it to receive a personalized email from your company. I can only imagine that every single customer that uses your service has sooo much fear as they box up some of their most prized possesions and mail them off to your company. I know I was. I was so very scared to do it and almost used a local company. I kept reading the reviews and convinced myself to try it. I cannot express how happy I am with all the DVDs that have arrived at my house this week. I sent in almost 1,000 dollars worth of work for them and it was worth every single penny. I was with some friends the other night and had to put cold compresses on my eyes before we went out....because they were SWOLLEN from crying tears of joy and happiness as I watched my precious kids grow up over the years on my DVD player. THANKS from the bottom of my heart!

Sandi & I wanted to thank you and your staff at Digmypics for the incredible job that you did putting together the DVD of our family. The matching of the music to the pictures was wonderful and in some instances very emotional, with tears of joy. We all watch the DVD of "Love that Family" in our home and at the end they asked if I could get a copy made for them. They were so surprised and pleased when I told them I already had copies for each of our three girls and their families. The oldest daughter has watched , in the privacy of thier home, the DVD again and again and she actually showed the DVD to her bunco group just prior to Christmas. They also were very impressed and, yes, you may be getting calls from some of them to do a similar family DVD. Sandi & I were impressed with how you worked with us, calling whenever you had a question about something you needed clarification on. We both appreciate you and your staff's dedication to bringing about such a professionally done pictorial history of our family.

This was my first experience with Dig My Pics and I am very pleased with the DVD that you put together from some old slides. I will be giving a copy to each of our children for Christmas, and can hardly wait to see their reaction. I'm sure it will bring back many childhood memories. Thanks for a job well done.
