Amber, Holly, Julie, Super thanks to you guys for the work you did on my job - slides about half a century old came out beautifully. I had recently tried to revive my collection of similarly aged 8mm motion picture film - and found that every single spool had deteriorated to worthlessness. So I feared a similar fate for many of these old slides. And so it was a delightful surprise to see the quality of your digitizations. I'm working on another set of slides to send to you all. Just received my photos back this morning 9/28. Thank you folks for a wonderful job. The whole bunch of pictures are just fantastic, especially when the newest pictures are 39 years old. My wife could hardly wait to view the pictures from Japan. She had never seen them in the 42 years we have been married and they are at least 53 years old. I am amazed! An email at each step in the process, plus you can look at the progress of your order online, too. And you can delete any images that you don't want--BEFORE you're charged! I live in FL and transit time was just 2 days (Priority Mail). The scans are GREAT. My order was 70+ slides that were all over 45 years old!! They came out great. The service is FAST (about 10 days including 4 days shipping). Pricing was very reasonable. I had a couple of questions about the 'checkout' on my order; I called and the rep was VERY friendly. I could NOT be happier. I've already recommended DigMyPics to 2 friends who are definitely going to become customers. I'm sending more soon too! WHAT A GREAT TEAM. 100% happy here in Florida !!

I appreciate how careful you were with my pictures.I was hesitant to send them anywhere as I was afraid they would be lost or damaged as they are not replaceable. I looked at your site and saw that I could track them as they were processed. This gave me hope and decided to take a chance. I chose DigiMyPics because of the clear explanation of the process on the website. The quick response to my order and the care and help I received during the processing was very reassuring. When the contact sheets were posted on the web, I was very excited to see how well these old slides came out. I chose over 1000 to be put on discs. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I had sent some slides to another outfit first. I was so disappointed in their work and also how they returned their work-Basically just thrown in a box, I decided to try someone different and you were it! Wow! What a difference. They look so much better now and were packed great when I got the 1st order back. I especially like the pure professionalism of the whole process. The disks and book are also 1st class. You now have 5 more orders of ours that are being worked on and am really looking forward to getting them back. Great job and nice to see such a squared-away outfit. Keep up the good work.

Fabulous! 35 years of family life lovingly captured by my photographer father have been collecting dust in the closet for quite some time. Without the old cumbersome projector and screen, we can no longer enjoy the slides that portray a young growing family.It can only be described as magical to see the images of my youth come to life again! I can't wait to share these with my siblings. My only regret is that my father and mother are not alive to enjoy these photos. The work you've done is a wonderful memorial to them - thank you.

Thirty-three years when our first son was born we started taking and printing pictures of him and then continued on when his brother was born three years later. All of those pictures were named, dated and put in 12 large albums. The photos mean everything to me and my worst fear was what would happen if a disaster struck our home. After checking out various scanning services I decided to try Dig My Pics, and now thousands of pics later I am happy to say this service has exceeded my expectations. Leery as I was to send my photos from FL to AZ, every picture has been carefully scanned and cataloged in the exact order I asked for and returned to me along with the CDs and DVDs I ordered. When I have a question, the website is very helpful and when I have to call Dig My Pics a real person answers the phone. I am really pleased!

Because I had no experience in converting slides to DVD's I contacted Digmypics quite a few times to get help prior to sending in my order. I was always treated very well and a few times received helpful advice from the Digmypics representative that I didn't realize I needed. At the time of processing my slides a respresenative from Digmypics called me long distance to ask about a potential problem with the sequencing of my slides. It turned out that there wasn't really anything to worry about, but I very much appreciated the care which Digmypics was taking in processing my order. I am a very happy camper!
