I chose DigiMyPics because of the clear explanation of the process on the website. The quick response to my order and the care and help I received during the processing was very reassuring. When the contact sheets were posted on the web, I was very excited to see how well these old slides came out. I chose over 1000 to be put on discs. It was also great to have them on the Picasa website to share right away. Thank you for your terrific service. I'll be sending along some more pictures to scan soon. Barbara

Definitely exceeded my expectations. I had sent some slides to another outfit first. I was so disappointed in their work and also how they returned their work-Basically just thrown in a box, I decided to try someone different and you were it! Wow! What a difference. They look so much better now and were packed great when I got the 1st order back. I especially like the pure professionalism of the whole process. The disks and book are also 1st class. You now have 5 more orders of ours that are being worked on and am really looking forward to getting them back. Great job and nice to see such a squared-away outfit. Keep up the good work.

Fabulous! 35 years of family life lovingly captured by my photographer father have been collecting dust in the closet for quite some time. Without the old cumbersome projector and screen, we can no longer enjoy the slides that portray a young growing family.It can only be described as magical to see the images of my youth come to life again! I can't wait to share these with my siblings. My only regret is that my father and mother are not alive to enjoy these photos. The work you've done is a wonderful memorial to them - thank you.

Thirty-three years when our first son was born we started taking and printing pictures of him and then continued on when his brother was born three years later. All of those pictures were named, dated and put in 12 large albums. The photos mean everything to me and my worst fear was what would happen if a disaster struck our home. After checking out various scanning services I decided to try Dig My Pics, and now thousands of pics later I am happy to say this service has exceeded my expectations. Leery as I was to send my photos from FL to AZ, every picture has been carefully scanned and cataloged in the exact order I asked for and returned to me along with the CDs and DVDs I ordered. When I have a question, the website is very helpful and when I have to call Dig My Pics a real person answers the phone. I am really pleased!

We cannot thank you enough for the great work you did turning our slides into digital photos. DigMyPics is fast and affordable. But more than this, the quality is fantastic. Because I had no experience in converting slides to DVD's I contacted Digmypics quite a few times to get help prior to sending in my order. I was always treated very well and a few times received helpful advice from the Digmypics representative that I didn't realize I needed. At the time of processing my slides a respresenative from Digmypics called me long distance to ask about a potential problem with the sequencing of my slides. It turned out that there wasn't really anything to worry about, but I very much appreciated the care which Digmypics was taking in processing my order. I am a very happy camper!

Last time you recovered 60+ year old images from 35mm film that was still in it's original yellow Kodak canisters. My brothers and I enjoyed seeing photos of our Mom and Dad dating in the late 1930's and early 1940's. This order is of my father-in-law taken in China and Japan in the late 1940' and early 1950's. You make the images look like yesterday.

Dear Sir: Two weeks ago I sent you 2, 50” rolls of 8 mm film. A few months ago my wife and I were cleaning out the attic of the house that we have lived in for the past 38 years. We found a box of assorted stuff that we stored in the attic from my mother-in-laws house after she passed away. In the box were the two little reels. They were unmarked. I had no idea what was on them and since we never owned an 8mm movie camera, I knew it had nothing to do with me but I was curious and sent them. This morning at 7:30 my daughter and granddaughter came to our house for a special breakfast because it was my granddaughters 1st day at kindergarten. You know you are getting old when your granddaughter starts school. It was an emotional and beautiful breakfast. After our daughter and granddaughter left, we talked of how fast time has flown since our daughter was a baby. Now she is a special education teacher. The mail man delivered the DVD of the films I sent you. We put it in the player and they were of our daughter’s first birthday party, first Christmas, first Easter egg hunt, and first trip to an amusement park! We did not know that they existed! They must have been taken by my wife’s folks. Your web site was easy to use. Your communication was outstanding, The 37 year old films were clear and and crisp, despite the age and the poor quality of the camera. The only thing cheap was the price. Your advertisement said that we would be surprised and amazed. You must be clairvoyant. I will tell everyone I know to search the attic for films, pictures, and slides. You do excellent work. My experience with DigMuPics was a good one, mostly due to the helpfulness of your personnel and quick rectifying a problem when it popped up. The DVD sent me originally was defective and did not transfer images to my computer. However, you guys quickly sent out a duplicate CD which worked flawlessly. The slides were developed properly, however the negative which I sent was over-exposed and quite dark, severely reducing much detail. But, overall - a "B". Thank you.

Just want to thank you for the excellent and reasonably priced service. The CD arrived yesterday, and I had no trouble uploading the image from the CD to my photo album program (I-Photo). The resolution is crystal clear even at very substantial magnification. Many thanks. Great product, great service! One doesn’t see that very often these days at any price, let alone a very reasonable price.
