I would like to thank everyone at DigMyPics who have been part of converting over 4400 of our family negatives and photos to discs, slide shows, and photo albums. From start to finish on the four separate orders, I had timely and efficient response to all my questions with solutions for every nuance and change I requested. All the negatives and photos were returned in perfect order and the discs, slide shows, and photo albums were all terrific-perfectly executed! Thank you all so much. I had my South American trip (4 months and 25,000 miles) from 1981-1982 slides transferred to DVD. The DVD came out great - it was hard to tell these slides had been sitting in my closet for 27 years. The color and lack of dust is amazing. Next up for transfer are 3 camping and backpacking trips over 3 summers taken in 1973 to 1978. I will definately use digmypics again!

I chose this company over others because of their informative web site and guarantee's. After sending my photo's I waited to receive an e-mail and had a question about the length of time it would take to get them back, so I called them and an actual person answered, was very polite and assured me I would have my photo's back in my hands by a specific date. Well I was very impressed, not only were my photo's delivered 4-days earlier than expected but they put groups of photo's in folders just as I requested and they followed up promptly with me so I knew what was going on at all times. No one wants to lose old memories and digitizing your old movies and photos is the best way to save them "forever". I've had numerous 35 mm slides, plus some old super 8 movies, digitized by DigMyPics and they have done a superb job. I recently had a question about what I thought was an error in digitizing some of my old movies and technician Jimmy Rayburn quickly and efficiently examined all my materials and showed everything to be in order without charge and without making me feel foolish. What can I say? I took alot of 35mm slides when I was younger and stored them away. Years later I found them and attempted to set up my projector and screen. What a mess. Projector didn't want to work after all these years, and the slides? Well they didn't fair to well either. Had mold growing on some of them, along with, God knows what else. They did not look too great. Enter Dig My Pics. I found them quite by accident on the web. They did a fantastic job of cleaning them up and restoring what they could, then enhanced them to compensate for lack of clarity. They even let me preview them on-line to reject those I did not want. I've completed a few of the 6000 slides I wanted transfered to digital and am completely satisfied not only with the end product, which was exceptional considering the condition of my old slides, but with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff at digmypics.
