As a Christmas gift to my family, I ordered our family slides digitized in 4 sets of high & low resolution and thumbnail printed guides. As the holidays are a very busy for this company, you need to allow extra time for a large project. My order did not arrive as specified, but the very pleasant & helpful customer service folks tried to rectify by Christmas, however, there was not enough time. Ultimately, I received all items ordered and the scanning job is high quality. Slides/photos were not grouped & labelled as I had requested, and I suggest customers package and label into groups exactly how they want them to avoid confusion. However, I was not charged extra for smaller groupings, so that was good. My family is thrilled with the quality of the scans, and happy to each have their own copies of our family slides.

I just want to tell you how wonderful you employees did with the scans of our photos. We sent you some old faded photos that were from years ago. They were to be used on the occasion of my husband's 80th birthday. The person who did the enhancing of the photos did a great job because the scans looked a lot better than the originals. Really. They were put into a slide show for the celebration and a good time was had by all, especially the 80 year old birthday boy. Thanks for doing a great job. Ellen Appel

I am a repeat customer. As I go back to my legacy collection of 35mm slides, I have had digmypics do the scanning. I have selected the high-res files, and they have done a good job. When they come back I only have to do a bit of dust-spotting and some color and contrast tweaks, but overall my photos are looking better than new.

My slides captured unique and memorable events that occurred over 40 years ago. My Navy shipmates will definitely appreciate being able to see themselves in much younger days, during some of the lighter moments of being on a warship. Thanks for the superb conversion! After reading all the top reviews about my options for digital scanning I choose digmypics. The process went exactly as advertised. Moreover, you are actually able to talk with someone at their facility by simply dialing the phone. No menu with 15 options, no buttons to push. I called and heard "hello how may I help you"? Bottom line...I couldn't be happier! Their pricing was slightly higher than a few others scan services. My feeling going into it was--"There's nothing more precious than these memories. Do I opt to save a few dollars or go with my gut"? Thank you staff @ digmypics!

Played DVD on my TV and was a little disappointed. Then played DVD on my computer and was totally THRILLED!!:)) Considering these were 58 year old slides, your company has my deepest compliments on your ability to re-produce old treaured memories that mean so very much after all these years. THANK YOU !!

I just happened to search and find you on my computer and chose to do business with you. From the beginning the price seemed reasonable but as I went through the process I was most impressed with your professionalism and how the process worked to delete photos prior to payment. I was extremely pleased with what I viewed online and can't wait to work with the CDs to complete my projects. I plan to add music and perhaps a former script. Thanks again for helping me recreate my memories in a new format.
