I've been using Dig My Pics for a few years now, but I just used them for family photos dating back as far as the 1930s. Most were loose photos, but many on album pages that were falling apart. I was very nervous about sending them in. I just received my order the other day and was pleasantly surprised. After downloading them, I compared the hard copy photos to the digital ones. The photos that were almost completely faded were vibrant! Colors that were so faded came to life! I'll be making a photo book for all my siblings and I'm so thrilled at how GREAT of a job Dig My Pics did. Thank you so much!

After 43 years of having slides of my times spent in combat in Vietnam I decided to get up to date and have them reproduced on DVD and other storage devices. Digmypics did an excellant job and is very informative in every aspect of your order they are working on. I am very happy that I went through a company with great knowledge, and technological equipment they use to capture my past memories. I am very satified and would like to give them a big THANK YOU and have already given their information to my cousin to have some memories of movies etc that she wants to surprise her family with from 50 years ago. The service was FAST, the quality was EXCEPTIONAL, the order was EXACTLY as I hoped it would be. My brothers and I are "stealing" my mon's pictures so we can have them scanned for a special Christmas gift. That's how impressed I was with you guys.

The customer service interaction with Annette, the scanning by Brittany, editing and enhancement by Nicole, explanation of image enhancement by Liz and final contact by Will show you have a trained and coordinated team. The several emails with embedded links to my order kept me totally up to date on what was happening. I have never had such 'pampering'. It was great! Everything in life is a function of leadership, so I suspect the managers at DigMyPics work as hard as the employees. You are a lucky company.

I enjoyed working with such an efficient company with professional staff. I appreciate the care they took in converting our old slides to digital. I sent about 800 feet of old (1950s and 60s) 8mm family home movies to DigMyPics, but didn't have very high hopes that they would be able to salvage the brittle old film that had been spliced and viewed many times, then put away in storage since 1965. WOW! Was I surprised! DigMyPics was able to save the movies, and now I have those family memories on DVD and on hard disk so that I can share them with all the family. ** Thank you DigMyPics for a job well done! **

The digital conversion of my slides turned out excellent. I have recommended your service to others wanting to convert slides into digital format and will continue to do so. I sent in one reel of 8mm film which was 50 years old to see what kind of service I would recieve. I wanted to make sure that the quality of work was superior before sending in the remaining reels. Right from the first email to inquire about the service to shipping and processing, Digmypics has been both professional and informative in every step of the process. I was kept up to date with the status of my order and provided with helpful information about the outcome. I was able to review the footage online before compleating the order and even had the option to share that with my family. The quality of work has been top notch and I will soon be entrusting Digmypics with many, many more reels of family memories. I sent in nearly 4000 slides dating back 50 or more years. Some of those slides were in poor shape but they contained years of family history. I was totally impressed by the product when I viewed it. I sent slides that were taken between 1970 and 1979. They included my wedding pictures and some baby pictures. There were pictures of grandmothers and parents that have passed away. I am thrilled with the pictures. In two weeks I went from having slides I could not view to pictures to enjoy and print for children and grandchildren. All along the way I was kept informed of the process. I could choose those that I wanted to delete and see the raw slides. I am pleased with the service. I have not more slides to be processed, but I will recommend the service to friends and relatives. Thank you for restoring memories.
