I was very pleased with the service I received from digmypics. To begin with, they were very reasonably priced, they were able to take some films that were over 50 years old and make them seem almost new, they were fairly quick about getting the copies made and returning them to us. Overall, I was very pleased.

I knew my old negatives might not ever be usable again. They were 2X2 negatives and 34 years old. But your scanning was pristine and the images are so wonderful. The most impressive part was the ease of working with your company and the constant communication from the time I placed my order until the negatives and DVDs were safely back with me. The process was easy.The assistance and communication during the process was immediate and clear cut.To be able to see the development as it happens was exciting.I cannot say enough for the effort and results.Putting them on my computer,I can magnify without losing detail,which surprised me and is a useful tool in drawing. I am very happy with the scanning job you did and it was a pleasure to work with you all. I was able to get someone on the phone when there were questions and was very glad you were able to expedite the order because of deadlines on my end. I have many more slides to scan as well as 4x5 transparencies and will send those in the near future. I was so anxious and worried, I wanted to send my family slides out for developement, but did not want anything to happen to them and I certainly did not want them to leave the USA! Developing in the USA and actually having a business location you could actually visit, made me choose DIG MY PICS! Their professionalism, excellent communication throughout the process and timely manner in which the process was done, is what moved me to write a testimony! Excellent Company! I wasn't sure how i was going to take all of the old baby photos and use them in a nice and newer digital slideshow i was making for my wedding. I ran across dipmypics and thought it sounded like a great idea. I was still worried though, sending precious and irreplaceable photos in the mail to some company. But digmypics took great care of my photos, even packaged them up better on their way back then i sent them! The service was great and they did it when they said they would, even a really tiny photo from an old locket is now in hi-def on my computer and i love it! Being able to upload to picasa with a click of the button and use the pictures before i even got the dvd in the mail was great and i had a blast showing off all my old baby pics. Thanks digmypics!!!

Incrediable results from 40+ yr. old slides. I am 110% satisfied and the memory of seeing them on the computer screen-PRICELESS! I was hesitant to try this kind of service, but being completely processed in the US and not offshore, I decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. Rodney Hoyle
