I am very satisfied with your customer service and the quality of your work. Your website convinced me you were a business I could rely on, and the finished product confirmed that. The slides you scanned for me were from the 1960's to about 1980, we hadn't viewed them in years because of the inconvenience of setting up a projector. It was really a walk down memory to view our new DVD video. I have already recommended your company to two friends who are interested in having this done for them.

This was my first experience with DigMyPics, and it was a very pleasant one. I was notified of each step in the process, and my order was filled and sent to me very quickly, and I was very pleased with the finished CDs. Communications of questions from DigMyPics were very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

My order had two mitigating issues for scanning and copying video tape to DVD. Both were handled after calling me to ask how I wanted to handle the problems. Both questions were handled separatly and professionally. From the first phone call that I made to last one explaning the need to slightly change my original order were done in a way that assured me that my order was getting the best possible service available. As a professional photographer I highly recommend digmypics to anyone that needs professional scanning services. Outstanding customer service.

I had a DVD Movie made of our life in photos accompanied by 3 different songs. The DVD turned out wonderfully. I just love it. My husband hasn't seen it yet because it is a surprise. You did an incredible job and the service I received from your organization was absolutely first rate. Each time I called my questions were answered immediately. The communication via email was very helpful. The care you took with my irreplaceable photos was second to none. I am so impressed. Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job digitizing my wedding photo negatives. Needless to say, I was nervous sending them off to some company I found on the Internet, but you guys performed above and beyond my expectations. Someone even called me to make sure I really wanted the dpi I had selected in my order and gave me their personal recommendation. I'm really amazed and happy at the job you recently did for me. I warily put two trays of slides into the mail two weeks ago, not expecting much except maybe to lose the things forever. They were from a trip I took to Ireland back in 1983. I really wanted the ability to see the pictures without needing a slide projector. I searched around on the internet a bit and came across your site. It was easy to navigate, the information was presented clearly, and I was hopeful after reading some other testimonials. But I shopped around a little more just in case. I found some other sites on the 'net with comparable pricing, but they didn't seem as professional. I also tried to find a local resource, but the price was astronomical - $3 a slide. For my 180 slides, that wouldn't do. Ten days after I sent my precious slides to you, you notified me that they were done and provided a link to a website where I could view them. I was VERY pleased at what I saw. But nothing compares to the CD version I just received. Very clear, beautiful color, great overall quality. Hi Melissa- I will definitely use your services at DigMyPics.com again! Your company offered excellent service on every part of my job. I called twice before I placed my order and each time the person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and knew the answers to my questions. (I am sorry I can't remember his name for certain, but I think it was Tom.) You guys delivered exactly what you said you would, and on time! Plus, you offer a lot of different services, which is great! I love the booklet of thumbnail printouts you created for our disk. It is a time saving resource. This is my 4th order, and the service just keeps getting better and better. Unfortunately, FedEx doesn't get the same accolades. I mailed my slides from NY to AZ on a Tuesday, and on Thursday received an e-mail that they had been received and were in the processing queue. By the following Monday (less than a week from when I mailed them), they were enroute back to NY. Now, one week later, I still haven't received them. DigMyPics is great, but FedEx should be replaced by the Pony Express - the service would be faster.
