I'M PLEASED AND AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY YOU RESPONDED TO MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS< BOTH ON THE PHONE AND BY E_MAIL> I WAS RELUCTANT TO LET GO OF THESE SLIDES THAT REPRESENTED SO MANY YEARS IN MY FAMILY"S LIVES WHEN I HAD NO BACKUP BUT YOU QUICKLY EASED MY FEARS. I HAVE 3 PEOPLE ALREADY INTERESTED IN PROCESSING THEIR SLIDES TO DVDS WITH YOU AND HAVE SUNG YOUR PRAISES ALL OVER THE OFFICE AND NEIGHBORHOOD. THANKS AGAIN AND HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.

These guys are great! I had a group of medium format slides from the 70's that I had not been able to find an affordable way to get them digitized. After emailing my questions to DigMyPics, I received a prompt response, that answered all my questions. Getting them my photos was easy and I received my project back quicker than expected! I was able to preview my completed order online. A very good experience. I would use their service again for sure!

I'm very happy with both the quality of my scanned slides as well as the quality of the service. Mine was a big job, but the turnaround time was very reasonable. The DVDs are beautifully labeled and the hard copy bound contact sheet of the slides are great. Very handy for viewing, and the color is beautiful. I would definitely use Digmypics.com again.

My order arrived and I was certainly impressed with the quality of the digital images on CD which were taken from my 35mm slides. I had tried to scan one or two of the slides myself, but there were over 500 of them. Thanks to DigMyPics, your service did all of the color restoration for me, and they all look BEAUTIFUL!. My only regret you can't transform my current looks into those on the 40 year old slides. Thank you for a professional job.

Just a note to let you know what a great job you did with archiving our family photos. In some cases, the photographs were more than 100 years old - in all cases they were more than 50 years old. Your team did a wonderful job of standardizing family treasures that ranged in size from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10", and transferring them to permanent, usable, media. We look forward to putting together family tree albums and DVDs that everyone can enjoy.

I received the dvds, cd, and thumbnail books. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You did a terrific job, and even kept the slides in order. It means so much to have the pictures in a format that will last forever and be able to be seen so easily and to be shared so easily with other family members -- and there are lots of them. Thanks so much to the team at DigMyPics. I entrusted over 700 old family photos to the company and was pleased with the exceptional speed and professionalism with which my order was completed. (Also I didn't make this easy as a lot of the pictures were oddly shaped.) This experience has allowed me to share long forgotten photos with family members across the country. I had many questions. One by phone before sending order and several via e-mail. Your associates were beyond great in their response. I really did not know what I needed to get this slides developed and their answers were helpful. The care in which my slides were handled when they arrived at your facility and the care taken upon their return was efficient and caring. Many of our family photos were put on slides and kept in boxes not to be shared. After the deaths of our parents we were at a loss as to how to share them. Thanks to Digmypics we now have all of them on DVD and CD's to share with one another. The clarity of these 30 year old slides is astonishing! The turn-around time was very fast and all of our originals safely returned in mint condition too. I had checked with other establishments that said they could copy them to CD's but even at a higher cost I would not have been able to print or e-mail them to others....just look at them on a CD. Our son, a photographer and graduate of Brooks Institute is the one guided me to use Digmypics. He is greatly impressed with their program and also highly recommends their services. We are very happy customers!

I had over 1500 slides and the eta to be done was November 16th and they were done ready for my review 11/3. The pictures turned out wonderful, better than i would have thought. Some of the slides were from the early 50's. This is a gift for my mother for x-mass, I know she will cherish this forever. Some of the pictures i have never seen. The customer service was great, they kept in touch with me on a daily. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone.
