I just got my package for the first part of my photo digitization project and I'm super happy!! The actual work I see on my PC or HD TV looks even better than it did on-line. I was impressed by the extra attention shown by the team even as I asked a lot of questions (1st time impatience;-) I am looking forward to continuing this project/labor of love with you!!

I must say, from the time we filled out the order form to when the product was ready for viewing - there was nothing but praise for this company from our family. They handled our questions quickly and answered completely. They kept us updated and when the photos were ready, had them ready for viewing very quickly. Top stars all around. This was my 'test' batch of family slides. I had already had them digitized once before, locally, and was disappointed. I am thrilled with the speed, quality, price, and communication at Dig My Pics. When you call this company you actually get someone very helpfull on the phone and they keep you informed every step of the way. I would not trust anybody else to do this type of work. WOW, what a beautiful transition from these old slides from the early 1970's Your company does it ALL!!!! They came to me on your disc ,like I took them yesterday. When I decided to convert old slides to Video, I went to the internet and found several companies that could do this. DigMyPics stood out as the most capable. I spent alot of time reading through their web page as to how to proceed with the project. I then called DigMyPics and on the first ring got a human (not a phone tree) that answered all my questions. After several weeks I received the video's and was extremely happy with the picture quality and music that was applied. I sent 1300 slides which were put on two DVD's with chapter points for easier navigation. Initially there were two minor glitches with a chapter heading and a search arrow. I immediatelly called and they apoligized, made the corrections and received new video's in less than a week. At some point down the road with my next picture project I will definetly call on DigMyPics and also recommend them to others.
