I am very happy with all the products & service. My 35mm slides to DVD movie, DVD-JPEG, thumbnail album are more than I expected. I was hesitant to send the slides, but every step of the way, your order processing is documented on line. The ability to view the product exemplifies their assurance of quality. I found 12 slides that needed to be added before they started the scanning process- no problem. I had several questions along the way - always a quick, kind, reassuring response.
