What can I say? I took alot of 35mm slides when I was younger and stored them away. Years later I found them and attempted to set up my projector and screen. What a mess. Projector didn't want to work after all these years, and the slides? Well they didn't fair to well either. Had mold growing on some of them, along with, God knows what else. They did not look too great. Enter Dig My Pics. I found them quite by accident on the web. They did a fantastic job of cleaning them up and restoring what they could, then enhanced them to compensate for lack of clarity. They even let me preview them on-line to reject those I did not want. I've completed a few of the 6000 slides I wanted transfered to digital and am completely satisfied not only with the end product, which was exceptional considering the condition of my old slides, but with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff at digmypics. They are not afraid but rather proud of their work, as well they should be, as they put their name to each process and identify themselves without being asked. It's like dealing with family. And the pricing is very reasonable considering the process.

We just viewed the DVD provided by you for 600 35mm slides and you did an outstanding job. The professional manner in which your process worked from start to finish was excellent. I'm very impressed with the scanning service your company provided to me. First the scanning was top notch. Some negative films just don't scan well at all, but all my scans came back looking excellent, much better than my local lab that i've used for scanning with their agfa d-lab. Now what really impressed me was the customer service. My invoice had a mix-up on it, basically it didn't recognize the scans that I didn't want so I didn't get credited for them. I didn't realize this until I got the final invoice when my film was shipped back to me. I sent an email around midnight eastern time and got a reply within 20 minutes with an apology about the mix-up, and my credit card credited the difference. Thanks for the excellent service, I will be sending more film in the future.

I sent in over 4,000 slides and the converstion to digital was very good. The pictures are of very high quality. Some of my slides fell out of their rubber bands during my shipment and the staff did a good job of putting them back together as well as they could. High quality at a reasonable price.

A few years ago, I undertook the project of organizing many years of family slides for conversion to digital. It took a while at my end, and I never felt secure about how the end product would turn out. I'm thrilled with the results from DigMyPics !! They did a wonderful job and receive my highest recommendation. The service and quality are excellent.

Our first grandchild was born before the digital craze and we only had prints of those first years. Now, thanks to Digmypics they are sharable and safely storable. The digital pics look so great that we are going to start going through earlier pic and send them in for this service. Add to this, the great help from their Staff and you have a winner.
