Dear Sir: Two weeks ago I sent you 2, 50” rolls of 8 mm film. A few months ago my wife and I were cleaning out the attic of the house that we have lived in for the past 38 years. We found a box of assorted stuff that we stored in the attic from my mother-in-laws house after she passed away. In the box were the two little reels. They were unmarked. I had no idea what was on them and since we never owned an 8mm movie camera, I knew it had nothing to do with me but I was curious and sent them. This morning at 7:30 my daughter and granddaughter came to our house for a special breakfast because it was my granddaughters 1st day at kindergarten. You know you are getting old when your granddaughter starts school. It was an emotional and beautiful breakfast. After our daughter and granddaughter left, we talked of how fast time has flown since our daughter was a baby. Now she is a special education teacher. The mail man delivered the DVD of the films I sent you. We put it in the player and they were of our daughter’s first birthday party, first Christmas, first Easter egg hunt, and first trip to an amusement park! We did not know that they existed! They must have been taken by my wife’s folks. Your web site was easy to use. Your communication was outstanding, The 37 year old films were clear and and crisp, despite the age and the poor quality of the camera. The only thing cheap was the price. Your advertisement said that we would be surprised and amazed. You must be clairvoyant. I will tell everyone I know to search the attic for films, pictures, and slides. You do excellent work. My experience with DigMuPics was a good one, mostly due to the helpfulness of your personnel and quick rectifying a problem when it popped up. The DVD sent me originally was defective and did not transfer images to my computer. However, you guys quickly sent out a duplicate CD which worked flawlessly. The slides were developed properly, however the negative which I sent was over-exposed and quite dark, severely reducing much detail. But, overall - a "B". Thank you.

Just want to thank you for the excellent and reasonably priced service. The CD arrived yesterday, and I had no trouble uploading the image from the CD to my photo album program (I-Photo). The resolution is crystal clear even at very substantial magnification. Many thanks. Great product, great service! One doesn’t see that very often these days at any price, let alone a very reasonable price.

I had my South American trip (4 months and 25,000 miles) from 1981-1982 slides transferred to DVD. The DVD came out great - it was hard to tell these slides had been sitting in my closet for 27 years. The color and lack of dust is amazing. Next up for transfer are 3 camping and backpacking trips over 3 summers taken in 1973 to 1978. I will definately use digmypics again!

I chose this company over others because of their informative web site and guarantee's. After sending my photo's I waited to receive an e-mail and had a question about the length of time it would take to get them back, so I called them and an actual person answered, was very polite and assured me I would have my photo's back in my hands by a specific date. Well I was very impressed, not only were my photo's delivered 4-days earlier than expected but they put groups of photo's in folders just as I requested and they followed up promptly with me so I knew what was going on at all times. No one wants to lose old memories and digitizing your old movies and photos is the best way to save them "forever". I've had numerous 35 mm slides, plus some old super 8 movies, digitized by DigMyPics and they have done a superb job. What can I say? I took alot of 35mm slides when I was younger and stored them away. Years later I found them and attempted to set up my projector and screen. What a mess. Projector didn't want to work after all these years, and the slides? Well they didn't fair to well either. Had mold growing on some of them, along with, God knows what else. They did not look too great. Enter Dig My Pics. I found them quite by accident on the web. They did a fantastic job of cleaning them up and restoring what they could, then enhanced them to compensate for lack of clarity. They even let me preview them on-line to reject those I did not want.
