We just received our completed DVD yesterday and we were extremely pleased. The quality is great and the turn around time was impressive. We are so happy to have these memories of our son's first 18 years captured on DVD. We would not hesitate to use you again and to recommend your company to family and friends. I had my mom's slides uploaded to digital for a Christmas present for her and my siblings. Growing up we had slide shows all the time (until someone banged against the table and the bulb blew out). Those were such fond memories for us, and it was many years since we saw those slides. This Christmas we were back with the digital slide show. It was fantastic. The shots are nice quality and the service and turnaround was excellent. I really waited too long to send them in, and I called to make sure they could be done in time. I can't express enough how wonderful it was to talk to a real person at your facilty, not a service or a recording. Each person was so helpful and efficient, and gave me great advice to ensure I had them back in time. I had looked at another service originally that I saw in SkyMall, but even though this was a bit more in cost, I have to say, it was worth it and I would do it the same again. Thanks so much. (Next stop, my slides!)

I would like to compliment your company on the excellent service you do with slides. I'm glad I choose your company over one who sends the slides to India to be processed. I was able to talk with someone on your staff as I made decisions on what to do. Your staff is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I received my materials in a timey fashion and was excited to view both the CD & DVD. The music was nicely done to co-ordinate with the pictures. It is a pleasure to view the pictures I took from 1958-1970 with my slide camera. It will be fun to share with my family and especially grandchildren who never knew my husband or mother. Thanks!

I’ve been recommending DigMyPics to quite a few colleagues and friends. I’m so glad that I finally took the old family slides and movies and put them on DVD for the family to share and keep memories alive. They’ve been a real treasure to us. The process worked very smoothly. DMP worked smoothly to accommodate a huge order of old and varied formats. I loved the acceptance/delete photo online format. The only change I would have like to see would be the ability to label photos as I accept them. This would streamline the process for me at home (having to go over them yet another time). Also I loved the idea that other family members could go on line and determine if they knew the photographed individuals. Again the ability to relabel the photos would help, as this was a multi-family project.

Not only is the turn around quick, the scans excellent and the price right, but the service and personal attention go way beyond just filling an order. Every time I have ordered I have received personal attention, either suggesting products that have been helpful or assuring everything is exactly as I want it. I will continue to use Digmypics for all my scanning needs and highly recommend them to everyone that needs scanning services.

Dig my pics is very service oriented . I had a problem with several of my slides being improperly mounted by the lab and the scans had to be redone. Also they were very sensitive in handling my requests for color balancing, as these were slides of hand colored photos and the colors were not as obvious as in color photography. I directed the changes by phone and they made the corrections (at no extra service charge.) I was very pleased with the results and would certainly use them again as well as recommend them. The customer contact was top quality.
