I would like to thank you all so very much. I sent in my late mother and father's honeymoon color 8mm film, film that is exactly seventy years old and had not been viewed in over fifty years. What I received back today is tremendous. It's just amazing to watch them! I also received an editable copy on external drive and have not only copied it to my Mac, but have already imported all the clips into iMovie. I'm going make a short version for my Facebook friends to see and put it to music. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Everyone that worked on my project was so helpful, nice and quick to respond. The finished product was exactly what I had hoped for and more! I'm sure everyone has memories that they would like to memorialize and I cannot say enough how much this means to me and my family. The first time I watched it, I cried it was so good.

Your staff did a wonderful job. My old slides from the 1950's came out better than new with sharper, clearer colors. The service was superior. I really appreciate the care with which a smaller personal order such as mine was handled. I felt as though there were real people with loved ones of their own on the other end! Thanks.

I have used digmypics.com three times now. The first two have forty year old slides to DVD and twice to put pictures on DVD. This last time had some pictures that were from the 60s and early 70s. I am extremely happy with how they have ensured my pictures are well done on the DVD and the care they take in the packaging when they return them. I will continue to use them and wished they could do old records to CDs. LC

I had slides of paintings I'd done ,paintings that got lost over the years in a move. You did a wonderful job scanning them to a cd. It great to be able to see them again. I appreciated being able to see the process online and to choose the slides I wanted after they were scanned(although I chose them all) so I didn't have to pay for the scans I didn't like. I will use you again.

I sent in 10 old Hi-8 video cassettes to be transferred to DVD and received my order back before Thanksgiving as promised. All I can say is WOW! The quality and resolution of the finished DVDs are beyond anything I could have hoped for and the audio portion seemed to have been enhanced greatly. The DVDs made from the transfers actually exceed the quality of the originals! In addition to that the finished product was very professionally presented in a binder-type jewel case and excellent labels on each DVD. In sum, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product, the customer service and the time taken to produce said product. I will definitely be a return customer when I have another project of this type. Anyone that reads this, dont hesitate to send DigMyPics your business. You will be as impressed as I was.

I am extremely happy with the results of transferring my 47 year old 8mm film to DVD format. Digmypics did a great job in cleaning, lubricating, and recording my film on DVD. Digmypics photo scanning and video transfer services are highly professional and ts customer service is second to none of any internet business that I have encountered to this day. I also very much appreciate the friendly and informative nature of the communication between Digmypics and its customers.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by DigMyPics; the image quality is better than expected, the progress updates reduce the anxiety levels regarding loss of the originals and the ability to review the images before buying them is a very good idea. The only suggestion I have for a potential new customer is to monitor your outbound and inbound shipping costs closely. I sent forty 35mm slides; the final cost per image was about one dollar per slide and a considerable percentage was due to shipping. Shipping cost per each will decrease greatly as the number of images increases; however that will put more of your irreplaceable memories at risk to loss, damage or shipping theft. Those one of a kind photos of a deceased parent/grandparent will be forever gone if they are all in the same shipping package and something happens to it while in route to DigMyPics. The return trip is not quite as risky; DigMyPics keeps copies, as advertised for 14 days, only the hard copy will be lost. Remember, the hard copy will fade away as it ages anyway. Again, I am happy with the results, I have recommended DigMyPics to others and I plan to have more slides digitized by DigMyPics.

I had never heard of Digmypics before until I had some old slides that needed to be converted to digital files and found the after a google search. I was a little apprehensive about just mailing my slides to some company I didn't know without even speaking with a live person first but their website gave me enough comfort to do so. The thing that impressed me the most was the technology and process of submitting your order, tracking your order, seeing the pics as they were scanned, etc. It was a great experience...fast, easy, and exciting. The pics came out great too! These folks are a well run company! I recommend them!

The unexpected loss of our mother so quickly made our heads spin, but Liz and the staff at DigMyPics made the loss less stressful with their WONDERFUL support and speed turning around our photos for the Memorial. They really impressed me and my family and how thoughtful and quickly they got the photos scanned and delivered in time. The Memorial was wonderful and the photos that DigMyPics scanned for us gave everyone lots of memories and happiness on a very sad day. You all ROCK!!

The quality job you did in scanning my slides is beyond my highest expectations. Before sending the slides to you, I looked at them one more time with the Kodak Carousel slide projector. Pictures were good, but dingy and dull. Your scans looked good during the selection process on the web, but the real treat was the high-res dvd you sent. The vibrant colors and enhancements you made had the pictures looking like they were taken yesterday. It is hard to believe you did such great work for such a reasonable cost.
