After a long process of checking out many scan companies, on the internet and local, I chose Digmypics. Why? They ID'd the quality equipment used, offered three DPI options, and the shipping to and from options were flexible. Upon receipt, Digmypics notified me and explained what step they were in and kept me updated throughout the process. I really liked being able to view the initial and enhanced digitized photos on their web page. When I received my finished photos (all 638 of them), I downloaded them into iPhoto, made several events, and did some personalized tweaking on them. Now, they are much better then the original photos. So, I made many CDs and plan to make slideshows to share with friends and relatives. Now, some of my photos are posted on facebook. I'm very please with everything about my order with Digmypics. Also, customer service folks (techs answering the phone, I guess) were very knowledgeable and helpful. Norm

We quit watching our family movies in the '70s when the film kept breaking so I knew I had only one chance to get them transferred and I'm so glad I chose Digmypics.com. I sent a DVD to my 87 yr old aunt of her as a teen getting off the school bus. Our movie and slide family history is going to the 3rd generation in format they can watch on any TV or digital picture frame. Thanks from our whole family.

I've placed three orders with DigMyPics and have been completely satisfied with the experience. The first order was for >100 slides. I had close to 400 I needed to scan, but was worried that the slides might get lost in transit, so I hedged my bet, sent about a third of them, and was really delighted with the whole experience. They're great about communicating while the job is underway. The scan quality was excellent and I got all my slides back safe and sound. Since then, I've done two more batches. I highly recommend DigMyPics.

I would like to thank you all so very much. I sent in my late mother and father's honeymoon color 8mm film, film that is exactly seventy years old and had not been viewed in over fifty years. What I received back today is tremendous. It's just amazing to watch them! I also received an editable copy on external drive and have not only copied it to my Mac, but have already imported all the clips into iMovie. I'm going make a short version for my Facebook friends to see and put it to music. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Everyone that worked on my project was so helpful, nice and quick to respond. The finished product was exactly what I had hoped for and more! I'm sure everyone has memories that they would like to memorialize and I cannot say enough how much this means to me and my family. The first time I watched it, I cried it was so good.

Your staff did a wonderful job. My old slides from the 1950's came out better than new with sharper, clearer colors. The service was superior. I really appreciate the care with which a smaller personal order such as mine was handled. I felt as though there were real people with loved ones of their own on the other end! Thanks.

I have used digmypics.com three times now. The first two have forty year old slides to DVD and twice to put pictures on DVD. This last time had some pictures that were from the 60s and early 70s. I am extremely happy with how they have ensured my pictures are well done on the DVD and the care they take in the packaging when they return them. I will continue to use them and wished they could do old records to CDs. LC

I had slides of paintings I'd done ,paintings that got lost over the years in a move. You did a wonderful job scanning them to a cd. It great to be able to see them again. I appreciated being able to see the process online and to choose the slides I wanted after they were scanned(although I chose them all) so I didn't have to pay for the scans I didn't like. I will use you again.
