These guys did a really great job with 24 carousels of my slides. They were so helpful and reassuring with all my questions. No matter who I talked to on the phone I always got my questions answered and when I called I always got right thru to a "human voice" from this country! This is a great company.

Digmypics just converted our old stereo and standard slides to digital images. (Just under 400 slides!) They turned out great and I was able to download them directly to Picasa. (We also ordered a DVD.) Once in Picasa, you can use that software to further enhance them to your liking. Service was flawless and well organized. Email updates were informative, as they processed our project. Good follow up. This project was not inexpensive, but well worth it, when you consider that you have preserved priceless family photos. (Slides that sat in a drawer for years! We paid extra for higher resolution scanning, and to process the stereo slides without cutting them in half, which is necessary to utilize the standard processing equipment.) Our family did a lot of research deciding who we should trust with our life memories. Digmypics just made the most sense for us. We received our DVDs today. How exciting!! They helped us every step of the way. NO question was too trivial for them to answer. We were informed at every step. Change your slides over. You won't regret it!!

I was very pleased with the awesome customer service that I received. Not only from the automated emails that notified me my films were there, but the quick responses from live people when I had questions. The Quality of the Movies was great and I also really appreciated the extra efforts that went in to offering the free .jpg pics from the movies, the procedures that allowed me to title and arrange all my movies and also the presentation of how the DVDs were arranged with chapters. Everything was very professional. I am Impressed and have told everyone that I know about DigMyPics. You may wonder why this means so much to me. Well, because no one has see these movies for 40 years (since i was 10) and some of the movies are 55 years old. Some of my relatives will see these movies for the first time. My nieces will get to see their grandparents wedding. To sum it up. AWESOME.

This is my 2nd time to use DigMyPics to scan and enhance family slides and to create a video slideshow. We were amazed at how well the slides came out . . .. even several dark ones we sent in expecting to discard . . . we can now actually enjoy the picture again. We were equally pleased with the slideshows. We let them choose the upbeat music and both we had done came out better than we even expected. While I did make several calls with concerns, questions, and changes each time those at DigMyPics were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and willingly worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

My interaction with DigMyPics was quite smooth. I had some concern about sending my precious family slides by mail, but they had several excellent reviews, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment my slides arrived, I received helpful notications letting me know what to expect. The slides returned home in perfect condition, and the images that I received via the internet and the DVD I ordered will be made into a beautiful book for my father's birthday.

When I found these slides of my family, I had no hope of getting these pictures into a format that I could see and share. Now, because of the wonderfully beatiful restoration by 'digmypics'; we can all enjoy the fantastic work performed on these slides for all of my family to see and keep. When my in-laws died, we were left with many bulky cartons of their precious film reels and slides. The task of transferring them all to DVD was daunting and we put it off for more than a year. BUT - when we finally started looking for a service, it was clear to us that Digmypics was the best fit for our needs. They did not disappoint. Their customer service staff asked all the right questions, and contacted us whenever there was an issue. Our materials were returned safely and on schedule. The images are crisp and clear, and stored on portable hard drives now. On Christmas night, my husband and his brother spent hours looking at their childhood photos again. We will definitely use Digmypics to transfer more of our own materials.

These were pictures of my parents,who have both sinced passed away,my sister and I found on slides,so they were very precious,they sent me the scanning in a few days,it was a miracle then I got the CD my children and grandchildren were just amazed,thanks DigMyPics for bringing back past wonderful Christmas memories!!

I had been storing several slide carousels in the back of my closet for years, before finally embarking on getting them scanned. It had been 15 years since making a surf trip to Costa Rica with college friends, and DigMyPics brought my memories back alive for me. The service was exceptional, every step of the process was communicated. I had the slides stored in archival boxes, and had the scanned images sent over in both .jpg and .tif files. The image quality was fantastic, and allowed me to take it one step further and work them in Lightroom, where I was able to go deeper in enhancing the contrast, highlights, clarity, and exposure. 15 years has gone by so fast - thank you DigMyPics for making my memories current. I'm thrilled and now I get to share the memories with old friends. Priceless! Adam

I am happy with the results of the project (I haven't seen those slides for decades). The quality is great and the slides bring back good memories. I really need to commend digmypics for its great skill and organization in communicating. I asked two questions and received prompt and helpful replies (by the way, when I was trying to decide whom to use for the project, I contacted another vendor, and I still haven't heard from them!). The information on the web site and emails describing the process were very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. I had a fairly high level of expectation when I sent my slides to digmypics (because of my pre-order experience) and was never disappointed. I'm glad I made the choice I did
