After using one of your competitors (the one that sends my pictures around the world to be scanned, and who advertise themselves as the “#1 trusted leader”) I was very disappointed. My scans had blotches all over where they attempted to remove dust and scratches. I decided to get everything re-scanned by DigMyPics. Liz did a great job archiving numerous old format negatives as well as printed photos. From here forward I will solely rely on DigMyPics. Thanks for everything.

Digmypics has now transferred all my family albums from photos of my grandparents to 2001 when the digital camera replaced paper photos. They have been efficient and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am very pleased with my collection of cd's which now take a small space on a shelf compared to the shelves that the photo albums used to take up.

Great job bringing these long forgotten slides back to life! The slides were processed quickly and for what I consider a reasonable price. You kept me notified all throughout the process, allowing me to delete slides that were't worth bringing back to life after all. I'd highly recommend your company to anyone who needs this kind of service done.

Since finding 'Digmypics', I have had many old slides and negatives digitized by this service. I have been totally pleased by the results-what were old, dingy, faded photos in albums are now bright,fresh, luminous photos- I had no idea those old 40 to 70 year old negatives could still produce photos that look like they were taken yesterday. I like how I can keep track of the process online,too-I get notified when the negatives and slides arrive, and when processing starts, and I can see them online before paying.

I had been meaning to digitalize my older family photos (some from the 1880's) for years, and finally sent half of them into DigMyPics. I received my requested dvd this morning, and can not be more pleased. Faces and places that had aged, darkened and faded over the years are once again visible. I can label each image and share them with other interested family members. I have another batch of photos boxed up and ready to send in. The staff was exceptional in handling my order, and even brough to life two images I thought had been lost to time. They treated my photos as if they were their own. When I called regarding my order I spoke mainly with Chris who was very polite, also he was was a very informed individual who knew or could find out and was a very much helpful with my questions - a thank you very much to him. Talk about lucky. I found DigMyPics through Google and took a chance with some very old slides I wanted converted to digital media. My own efforts had not been successful. From the first email telling me they had received my slides, through the updates on progress, the review of pictures on line, the notice that they had been mailed to me, and the "Wow" feeling when I first viewed the finish product when received, I can only say this is one outstanding firm, with awesome staff, and a real customer service, and satisfiction, orientation. You simply cannot go wrong with these folks. Not only are the digital pictures, in both .TIFF and .JPG formats, as good as the original slides, but in cases where the slides had discolored or deteriotated, the pictures I received had corrected many of those problems. My thanks for a great experience, a great response, and a company that really delivers even more than promised.

I recently had over 1200 of my father's old slides digitized. I was absolutely amazed by the way digmypics communicated with me through every step of the way, and with the quality of the final product. I got emails when the slides were received and when the digitization process began. I was able to review online the work in progress. Reviewing the finished images was easy and fast, and I deleted the ones I didn't want. I was amazed by the speed of the whole process. I sent the slides in small batches, and every time they came back in the same numbered boxes I had mailed them in. Downloading the images from discs to my computer went without a hitch. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints and am very satisfied.

I was concerned about sending out some irreplaceable slides from my childhood, but they did a fantastic job - with regular email updates about the status of my order, I was confident my memories were in good hands, and the finished scans looked wonderful.
