This is an incredible service for an incredible price. I wanted to use some old photos as art in my home but not at the four by six size and ran into cropping issues with scanning. Plus the quality, especially at the larger size, was subpar. I was nervous as I don't have negatives or copies, but they treated my photos with the utmost care and did a great job of improving the quality. Now I can upload my pics and have them printed on canvases. Yippee, cheap art! Thank you.

We had very prescious family film of our time living in Europe that was on a film version that is no longer in use. I was concerned about sending this personal film as it was our only one. Most mail order developers are overseas. Digmypics is not only US based but their communication kept me advised of my orders status. when received, processed, shipped.. Very professional, prompt and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend and use again.

DigMyPics, I received my order on Saturday which included three CD's (same images). I am very pleased with the outcome. The quality of the scanned 35mm slide images is what I was hoping for which is very good considering some of the slides are almost 39 years old. The process went well and I appreciated how Liz and the team responded to observations / requests I had on some of the scanned images on the DigMyPics website. I had some of the images printed at Target today and they looked great in 4 x 6 format. I have more 35mm slides so will go through them and identify the next batch to send to you. Well done. The pictures, photos came out real good. The motion effect made it nice and flowing. From the background music I very much like the last piece of music on the DVD and the manner it finishes at the end. Please continue with that type of music on my next order. I am very pleased. Thank you, Abraham

Before I accepted the order online, I had to look at a very small thumbnail to see if the picture was up to my standards. The magnafying tool was of little help. Luckily digital picture came out very nicely. This was an oversized picture, so I can understand it may be not practical. Lastly, instead of charging for a CD or USB drive, why not allow your customers a choice to download finished pictures from your site. The cost of the shipping back to customer, plus the CD/USB negates any savings.

This is the first time I used your service. I was digitizing slides at home. It was tetious. You turned around several hundred quickly and most importantly you were able to enhance the deteriorating images restoring them to their original quality. I've uncovered moreslides that I'll be sending soon. Thanks

After using one of your competitors (the one that sends my pictures around the world to be scanned, and who advertise themselves as the “#1 trusted leader”) I was very disappointed. My scans had blotches all over where they attempted to remove dust and scratches. I decided to get everything re-scanned by DigMyPics. Liz did a great job archiving numerous old format negatives as well as printed photos. From here forward I will solely rely on DigMyPics. Thanks for everything.

Digmypics has now transferred all my family albums from photos of my grandparents to 2001 when the digital camera replaced paper photos. They have been efficient and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am very pleased with my collection of cd's which now take a small space on a shelf compared to the shelves that the photo albums used to take up.

Great job bringing these long forgotten slides back to life! The slides were processed quickly and for what I consider a reasonable price. You kept me notified all throughout the process, allowing me to delete slides that were't worth bringing back to life after all. I'd highly recommend your company to anyone who needs this kind of service done.

Since finding 'Digmypics', I have had many old slides and negatives digitized by this service. I have been totally pleased by the results-what were old, dingy, faded photos in albums are now bright,fresh, luminous photos- I had no idea those old 40 to 70 year old negatives could still produce photos that look like they were taken yesterday. I like how I can keep track of the process online,too-I get notified when the negatives and slides arrive, and when processing starts, and I can see them online before paying.
