My interaction with DigMyPics was quite smooth. I had some concern about sending my precious family slides by mail, but they had several excellent reviews, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment my slides arrived, I received helpful notications letting me know what to expect. The slides returned home in perfect condition, and the images that I received via the internet and the DVD I ordered will be made into a beautiful book for my father's birthday.

When I found these slides of my family, I had no hope of getting these pictures into a format that I could see and share. Now, because of the wonderfully beatiful restoration by 'digmypics'; we can all enjoy the fantastic work performed on these slides for all of my family to see and keep. Thank you for your professionalism and speed with this project - I am completely satisfied and so is my family! Kudos!

When my in-laws died, we were left with many bulky cartons of their precious film reels and slides. The task of transferring them all to DVD was daunting and we put it off for more than a year. BUT - when we finally started looking for a service, it was clear to us that Digmypics was the best fit for our needs. They did not disappoint. Their customer service staff asked all the right questions, and contacted us whenever there was an issue. Our materials were returned safely and on schedule. The images are crisp and clear, and stored on portable hard drives now. On Christmas night, my husband and his brother spent hours looking at their childhood photos again. We will definitely use Digmypics to transfer more of our own materials.

These were pictures of my parents,who have both sinced passed away,my sister and I found on slides,so they were very precious,they sent me the scanning in a few days,it was a miracle then I got the CD my children and grandchildren were just amazed,thanks DigMyPics for bringing back past wonderful Christmas memories!!

I had been storing several slide carousels in the back of my closet for years, before finally embarking on getting them scanned. It had been 15 years since making a surf trip to Costa Rica with college friends, and DigMyPics brought my memories back alive for me. The service was exceptional, every step of the process was communicated. I had the slides stored in archival boxes, and had the scanned images sent over in both .jpg and .tif files. The image quality was fantastic, and allowed me to take it one step further and work them in Lightroom, where I was able to go deeper in enhancing the contrast, highlights, clarity, and exposure. 15 years has gone by so fast - thank you DigMyPics for making my memories current. I'm thrilled and now I get to share the memories with old friends. Priceless! Adam

I am happy with the results of the project (I haven't seen those slides for decades). The quality is great and the slides bring back good memories. I really need to commend digmypics for its great skill and organization in communicating. I asked two questions and received prompt and helpful replies (by the way, when I was trying to decide whom to use for the project, I contacted another vendor, and I still haven't heard from them!). The information on the web site and emails describing the process were very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. I had a fairly high level of expectation when I sent my slides to digmypics (because of my pre-order experience) and was never disappointed. I'm glad I made the choice I did

Hallo Technicians of Digmypics! Thank You so much for great render my old movie. My remembrances came back to me with new digitized option. The camcorder wasn't perfect at this movie era, so I was prepared for few "frame jumping". Except this small imperfection, everything is nicely clear and crisp. I would only wish slightly better digital quality, so I want to see kind of pixelate on a bigger screen. So one more time big thanks for Your great job!

My experience with your company has been great from start to finish. I was first impressed with your website. You have the easiest to use, best designed, and most informative website I have seen in a very long time. The ordering process was quick and easy. I put my slides into the FedEx box, dropped it off, and you had it within a few days. About a week later, I got my slides back and I was again impressed with the care you took to put them back in their slide sleeves. Of course, the most impressive part of this was when I saw the jpeg's from the scans. Some of the slides I sent you were over fifty years old and had not been stored as well as they should have been. Your technicians did an INGREDIBLE job with both the 35mm and the medium format slides. The quality of the resulting jpegs were beyond my expectations. Thanks for the great work! I have already recommended your company to many of my friends who have trays and trays of old slides and were looking for the best way to save them digitally.
