I have sent two orders totaling about 1650 of my precious 45-year-old slides to DigMyPics, hoping for decent scans so I can view and share these family pictures. In a very short time, the slides were scanned, and then color corrected. I was able to view them all and decide if I liked them. I LIKED THEM!! A few scans needed some more work done on them, because they were dark - we used a simple point & click camera and sometimes the flash didn't work. The DigMyPics technician redid those scans and brought out many hidden features. Amazing! On my second order I ran into a time crunch because of an unexpected trip. I emailed DigMyPics, and they stepped right up, assuring that I could see and approve my pictures before my trip. I even received my slides back (in their original packages) before the trip. That's GREAT customer service! Throughout the process, I was kept informed by email of the digitizing progress and allowed and encouraged to chat with the technicians. I am extremely happy with my scans and with DigMyPics. I have many more family slides to digitize, and will be sending additional batches to DigMyPics as I am able to process them. I highly recommend DigMyPics to everyone! They have made me smile all over again!

I have nothing but positive comments and praise to offer to digmypics staff for their services and diligent work performed in scanning my 46 year old photos and half-frame 35mm slides of Vietnam. Each and every staff member communicated with me most effectively by phone as well as numerous emails keeping me informed of their processing schedule, and I was given every opportunity to provide input at all times. They were very prompt in reaching their finished product as promised, and each photo and slide turned out far better than expected. I certainly will use their services again without reservation, and I've alerted family members and friends to stop shopping around and simply trust digmypics to preserve their highly valued photos and slides by having them scanned to a DVD. I extend a hearty thank you to all digmypics staff members.

Great customer service! I called to modify my order and the customer service rep was very helpful. I had 350 slides scanned, they were between 40 and 30 years old. The results are outstanding. Photos are clear and the colors bright. Looks like I took the pictures yeaterday. I would highly recommend Digmypics.

I searched for a considerable time before selecting Digmypics to scan and digitize my images created before the digital age on 35mm Transparencies and Negative Film. I could not be more pleased with the result. The on-line site was a breeze to use and it was very cool to see results as scanning proceeded. This is my third group of slides - recalling old, but cherished, memories. Digmypics has done a wonderful job on each one of them. This is the second time that I have used digmypics for family photos. The first order I did with them several years ago included almost 1500 photos, and they did an incredible job. This second time around is a smaller order of old slides being converted, and I don't even have to wait until I see the actual materials they are sending me before singing their praises. Their customer service is excellent, the quality of the scanning is top notched, and their prices are reasonable for the quality product they produce. Thank you once again!

I have 1700 slides from the 70's and 80's to be scanned, they are old were stored for decades in a damp basement. I have sent a few of them to several different photo processing centers in several states so that I could compare the results. I will be using DigMyPics.com for the remainder of my sides because the service and final pictures were better then the rest and they were finished in less time.
