I just received back my order to digitize slides I made in Afghanistan during several trips in 1966-1971. This order was processed by DigMyPics after an extremely disappointing experience with another, cheaper, service on the same group of slides, so I had a good basis for comparison. DigMyPics provided clearly superior results, proving that their attention to each slide they processed is worth the cost of that attention. No more shopping around for me. Now I will be able to systematically begin, in confidence, the digitizing of thousands of slides I have from my many world travels going back to the 1950s. Thank you DigMyPics. Fritz Moennghoff

What a rewarding time this is - seeing photos taken 30 or 40 years ago!Digmypics does a wonderful job of renewing all those memories. I could not believe the quality of the digital images produced by digmypics. Slides were dated from 1939 to 1994 with mixed cardboard and hard plastic holders. I sent in 311 of them in order and the techs did a wonderful job processing them in order and returning them in the same order. The images were not only as clear as they were in the slides but the techs were able to enhance and bring back colors lost to improper storage and time. Kudos to all those involved in the process. I have recommended your service to several of my friends as they were also looking for ways to preserve old memories.

I had tried to transfer my 42-year old 8mm movies to DVD using a digital camcorder but got too much flicker, so sought professional help. After doing some research decided on digmypics and glad I did. From day one I was provided excellent customer service... phone and e-mail correspondence was a pleasant experience. My order was processed and delivered to me in a timely manner and the quality was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

In my considerable experience in navigating websites, digmypics has to rank as one of the best. It leads you through their procedure step by step. Their personnel also pay close attention to details in your order. For example, I made an error in my order. I was sent an email from digmypics asking me to confirm that what I had entered was what I really wanted. I simply called digmypics and they amended the order promptly. That's what I call "customer service" par excellence.

Digmypics is the greatest. I sent off 127 slides to be converted to a DVD. Within a few days, I received an email that my slides had arrived and were being scanned. I could watch as this process was occurring. Within a few days, I received another email to let me know my slides had been cleaned, color adjusted and were ready to be viewed. They were great. I completed the paper work and my DVD was on its way to Durham. All the slides along with 2 DVDs arrived within the week! I especially like the emails letting me know where my slides were in the process. If you have old slides you want to save, contact Digmypics.

Digmypics was amazing. I submitted the order and was a little nervous at first. Digmypics was fantastic about sending me emails throughout the process and ensuring I knew what they were doing and at what steps. They allow you to review the pics before you purchase them, even though they spend the time and effort scanning and cleaning them! You don't pay for what you don't love! They worked super fast and assigned an actual person to my project so I was able to contact them specifically if need be. Everything went so incredibly smoothly and only took about a week's worth of time. Thank you digmypics!
