I sent in my mother and father's-in-law 70 year old wedding album to have digitized. Digmypics took excellent care of the album and sent it back in better packaging than I had originally used. The previewing process was reassuring as I was able to view everything they were doing. I sent in approximately 200 prints - which they also sent back in better packaging than what I had sent to them. Everything went very smoothly and they kept in close contact with me until the process was complete and I had my photos back. Then they followed up to be certain I had received my hard copies in the mail. The products I chose were the thumb drive and disk - along with the thumbnail index. I have already recommended this service to friends and family.

I had hundreds of photos and slides...all were scanned and placed in folders as requested and returned in perfect order. I knew what was going on every step of the way and had a chance to review in advance of final charges. This was a great experience. I now have all my family and personal images perfectly digitized and am able to display them on my TV, picture frame, Etc. I am very pleased.

My mother recently passed away and my step-father didn't know what to do with all the APS film rolls my mother had, so he gave them to me since mom was the scrapbook maker. So I was a little apprehensive about giving these films to someone I didn't know. Needless to say, my worries were unfounded. Digmypics did a great job on them and I was even able to select photos that I didn't need. I will be using them to finish the remaining rolls of my mom's photos.

This was a relatively simple order, but important that photos be color optimized and material kept in sequential order. An excellent job was done. I have had 10 orders processed by DMP over the years, and they have uniformly done excellent work - including responsiveness to special requests and questions.

Thank you for the wonderful pictures. There was one of my mom that I'd never seen. Two were snapshots of my cousin's wedding in 1958. She had lost all her wedding pictures. Now she can get some nice prints made. I'll upload the college photos of my dad and friends hoping someone will see their parent. Same with the WW2. The negatives were odd sizes but I was glad to pay to get them scanned. Even the double exposure. I now see that another cousin was in that photo. I didn't keep one, only because I had no idea who it was and their face was mostly turned away from the camera.

I am more than pleased with the results of having my fathers old 35mm slides digitized. The pictures that I remember viewing in childhood are as clear and bright as when I first viewed them, if not more so. The turn-around time was shorter than expected and all went well and without problems or unexpected charges. I will have digmypics do my next scanning without a doubt.

These people are great. What I thought was totally unsalvageable....wasn't. They did their magic and I was thrilled at the results. Memories saved!!!! Thank You guys...more coming soon, as I have shared what you did with others I know and they also thought it wasn't possible to do anything with their old film reels. GREAT-GREAT-GREAT!!!
