I was going to wait until they arrived, but no need. I viewed my film (and downloaded) on line and they turned out terrific. While I could not place some of the subjects, there was a wonderful film of my Great-grandmother and my grand parents which I would have never seen had it not been for your great work. I will be searching for more film to submit for processing. Meanwhile I will be contacting my cousins, who are on the film, to see if we can figure out the other locations/events in the films. Thanks Digmypics for your expertise, frequent updates, and your great prices!

Just completed my second old slides scan project. First involved roughly 2000 slides, the second was 1180 slides including some non-standard sizes and resolution requirements. DigMyPics handled both projects very well with care and precision and in a timely fashion considering the numbers of slides involved. Received the original slides back and downloaded the digital files with no problem. Their website ordering process is very easy to navigate and the phone support was excellent. I highly recommend their service.

This was a great experience for me and you made it so easy!! Long forgotten memories of times with family and friends are coming back as I review the pictures you produced from my old slides. I plan to share copies of my them during Christmas with my sister, her four children and my two children. I sent in my mother and father's-in-law 70 year old wedding album to have digitized. Digmypics took excellent care of the album and sent it back in better packaging than I had originally used. The previewing process was reassuring as I was able to view everything they were doing. I sent in approximately 200 prints - which they also sent back in better packaging than what I had sent to them. Everything went very smoothly and they kept in close contact with me until the process was complete and I had my photos back. Then they followed up to be certain I had received my hard copies in the mail. The products I chose were the thumb drive and disk - along with the thumbnail index. I have already recommended this service to friends and family.

I had hundreds of photos and slides...all were scanned and placed in folders as requested and returned in perfect order. I knew what was going on every step of the way and had a chance to review in advance of final charges. This was a great experience. I now have all my family and personal images perfectly digitized and am able to display them on my TV, picture frame, Etc. I am very pleased.

My mother recently passed away and my step-father didn't know what to do with all the APS film rolls my mother had, so he gave them to me since mom was the scrapbook maker. So I was a little apprehensive about giving these films to someone I didn't know. Needless to say, my worries were unfounded. Digmypics did a great job on them and I was even able to select photos that I didn't need. I will be using them to finish the remaining rolls of my mom's photos.

This was a relatively simple order, but important that photos be color optimized and material kept in sequential order. An excellent job was done. I have had 10 orders processed by DMP over the years, and they have uniformly done excellent work - including responsiveness to special requests and questions.
