I sent a messy box full of tapes (about 9 hrs worth) that we haven't been able to view for a generation. We have had several deaths in the family over the last decade and so the recordings kept being thrown into a common box as we cleaned out the estates of the deceased. What a wonderful gift for my whole extended family! My nephew added music over the silent film and edited so that we have highlights in chronological order; a 3 hr family history. And the best part is he put it on Youtube.com so I have already shared it with cousins from coast to coast. What a joy! I got responses from my loved ones like "That was the best Christmas present I ever, ever recieved". Thank you to the staff at DIGMYPICS. What a great service you provide! I had 350 slides that needed digitizing. I sent them to DigMyPics but had no prior experience with this company. All I can say is that from beginning to end, this company is well organized and very impressive. I was fully informed as to the status of my order with each step in the process. And, the quality of the end product ---digital images---of my slides was great. My sincere congratulations to a DigMyPics for being so efficient, well-organized, transparent, and able to provide a high-quality digital product in a timely manner.

I had some old slides from a cherished trip I took over 30 years ago. I wanted to convert these slides to digital format. Through a random online search, I found digmypics.com, and placed my order. I was impressed with the entire process from the start! I was informed by email of the progress each step of the way, and I had the opportunity to view and download images online. I contacted customer service with a few questions, and I received a prompt, courteous and very helpful response. I would not hesitate to place another order with this service. Excellent in every way! I just want to thank Digmypics for the exceptional and wonderful job done in converting my old slides from the late ‘40’s thru ‘60 to a digitalized format . The photos were clean, clear and amazing on completion . The job was completed in a timely manner and to be able to view and delete 20% of the slides online was clearly a bonus! Your response to my questions was immediate and I will certainly be using your company to process the rest of my slides . Before I sent them to you I just held them up to a light to view skipping the use of a viewfinder - so easy ! I really didn’t have time to process these myself and was delighted with your service . I absolutely love the way my slides came out. I appreciate being able to download them from the site so I didn't have to wait for the DVDs to come in. I was able to get some printed and framed. After researching several companies, I chose DigMyPics to convert my 30+ year old 8mm films to DVD. As stated on their website, they keep you informed from the time they receive your film until your project has been completed. I was impressed when I received an email with an opportunity to review the files of the transferred film prior to them completing the project. This step gives you the opportunity to make sure they are in the correct order and you can label each film which is part of the final DVD. The quality of the DVDs are wonderful. I was very pleased with their service and the final project.

I submitted a number of nearly forgotten and neglected slides for conversion. I was very pleased with the results. Those that were in good shape came out great and those with multiple challenges were improved. Next I'm going to submit some old movies so we can see my grandmother's famous double exposures.
