I just want to thank Digmypics for the exceptional and wonderful job done in converting my old slides from the late ‘40’s thru ‘60 to a digitalized format . The photos were clean, clear and amazing on completion . The job was completed in a timely manner and to be able to view and delete 20% of the slides online was clearly a bonus! Your response to my questions was immediate and I will certainly be using your company to process the rest of my slides . Before I sent them to you I just held them up to a light to view skipping the use of a viewfinder - so easy ! I really didn’t have time to process these myself and was delighted with your service . I absolutely love the way my slides came out. I appreciate being able to download them from the site so I didn't have to wait for the DVDs to come in. I was able to get some printed and framed. The picture quality is great. Customer service was very helpful. I will definitely be using this service again in the future. Thanks so much.

After researching several companies, I chose DigMyPics to convert my 30+ year old 8mm films to DVD. As stated on their website, they keep you informed from the time they receive your film until your project has been completed. I was impressed when I received an email with an opportunity to review the files of the transferred film prior to them completing the project. This step gives you the opportunity to make sure they are in the correct order and you can label each film which is part of the final DVD. The quality of the DVDs are wonderful. I was very pleased with their service and the final project.

I submitted a number of nearly forgotten and neglected slides for conversion. I was very pleased with the results. Those that were in good shape came out great and those with multiple challenges were improved. Next I'm going to submit some old movies so we can see my grandmother's famous double exposures.

Not being able to find anyone locally who could digitize valuable old slides, I took a gamble on DigMyPics based on internet search. Their prices were lower than the cost of the least expensive digitizer I could find to order. I took a gamble with them, and I was delighted with the result. I was kept informed of progress, and when, after nearly a week, they reached my slides in their queue, they moved swiftly and did a great job. I loved being able to see the slides in their rough digitized state, and I was delighted that I could download the images as soon as the digitizer completed work. Based on my experience, I would recommend them highly.

I was desperate. Having spent months whittling down the hundreds of slides taken during my Air Force tour, I now had just two weeks before the squadron reunion where I wanted to distribute a DVD with the best of the pictures. None of the local slide conversion services could handle the job on such short notice. Digmypics' website looked like they might be able to but I had no previous experience with their quality and speed. Am I glad that I decided to give them a try! The resulting DVD captured the images beautifully and the staff fielded my questions and concerns with impressive professionalism. They not only rushed the job through on time but also added the Air Force song and other patriotic music, synchronizing the last note of the last song perfectly with the last image. My teammates were delighted to receive the collection that brought back so many 50-year-old memories with vivid clarity. Our thanks to everyone at Digmypics who made this wonderful gift possible!

I was very impressed with the whole process. My images came back better than the originals and much better than I was expecting. Customer service was also wonderful. For example, when I forgot I'd asked for a Mac format and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work in my husband's Windows computer, they responded to my email the very next morning!

I found the staff at the facility to be extremely helpful, courteous, and patient! I had never had such services performed before and thus, had numerous questions, etc. They were always willing to assist me and provide me with responses regarding my concerns. I would strongly recommend this facility. I wish all a Happy and safe Holiday season..... Doug Graves
